According to a Russian source Turkey actually tested Gezgin Cruise missile while testing the S400 system in Sinop earlier this year. The missile was launched from a submarine according to the source.
if this news is correct Turkish navy may have a very big advantage in the eastern Med.
provided this is correct I do wonder what engine they used.??!

Not reliable, the first test would be air-launched, not submarine launched.
Not expecting sub-gezgin before we had sub-atmaca and expecting neither of them before Akya HWT.

Exactly! Just clarify a bit;
Dual Pulse does not mean two stage!
It means it has 2 fuel tanks. It uses it’s first fuel tank to get close to the target. As it starts losing speed it opens up second tank and re-ignites. Hence the fireball you see before impact. It reaches it’s top speed, catches up with the target and eliminates it.

İf Hisar A plus has dual pulse engine, Hisar has single pulse engine then?

No! All hisar missiles are dual pulse missiles. Be it, A, A+, O, O+ .
They are of different sizes. Longer ones have longer ranges. Bigger fuel tanks make it reach further.
The whole idea is to provide extra thrust at terminal phase. So you MUST have a dual pulse engine to do that. Of course if you have a ramjet engine like the one on Meteor , it will do the same thing but more efficiently. But will cost a great deal more.

Pakistan’s 700km range Babur missile is probably using Motor-Sich MS400 turbofan engine. With it’s 3.92KN thrust and 315mm diameter, it is actually ideal for the Gezgin missile too. With all the new cooperation mood we are in with Ukraine , we may have started using this engine for our Gezgin.

Ai35 is actually ai305 and is still in drawing board by inchenko progress
Rather than trying to develop a new engine with a company that has not done any development since Soviet era I would go with a production line unit that has been proven and is being used.

Our work on hypersonic systems is starting. Our GÖKTUĞ Project is being studied as supersonic in certain phases. So for a period of up to subsonic system was also studied in Turkey, there are also applications in supersonic system now. Supersonic and guided. For example; GÖKTUĞ can cruise up to 3-4 Machs. If we accept the Hypersonic as above Mach 5, then we have our work. The Ramjet will be followed by the ScramJet. But these are really tough technologies, technologies that the world is not yet ripe for.

'Is Turkey this course?' We said, yes. These technologies contain even greater challenges. This is where material technology comes into play. or the strongest materials in the world you can find in Turkey, shows a very different character to the exit Mach 7-8. “

RAMJET studies and a SSB program that SAGE was charged have already been known but It is the first time we heard the Scramjet and hypersonic missile studies from official mouths.

Just to add to ramjet scramjet conversation;
A ramjet engine is actually a very simple engine compared to a turbojet engine. It has no compressor blades and no turbines. But in order to create compressed combustion, the engine has to be at at supersonic speeds so that the air is pushed and compressed in to the combustion chamber to create thrust. To bring the engine to the right speed, usually a solid-fuel booster rocket is used.
As the air is pushed in to the combustion chamber and the speed increases the inlet air temperature start to increase as well. This causes a drop in thrust. The speed of air inside the engine is subsonic. So the max speed of engine is limited to around 5mach.
To make it develop more thrust the design of the ramjet inlet is changed and the speed of air travelling through the engine becomes supersonic. This is called supersonic ramjet - Scramjet.

To test these in laboratory conditions means very extensive ground base investment. Once this investment is done , then materials science is the only obstacle To overcome.

It's not just material engineering. We have a huge black hole in the context of microelectronic technology. Guidance systems, sensors that will support this ecosystem are one of the most difficult aspects of the job.
Even considering the Borofen technology, we can say that we currently have projects for material engineering. However, we have a long way to go for microelectronic technology that will form the infrastructure of these projects.
For Borofen technology, just take a look at Roketsan magazine. Page 20

Correct! There is great amount of work to be done. Due to extreme speed, mechanical vibration and heat, the related electronics will be subjected to conditions never before experienced by our technicians.
But just think of a Bora missile; acceleration to hypersonic speeds. Then re-entry in to denser atmospheric layers at hypersonic speeds. It has electronics on board that gives it very precise guidance to target Under very adverse conditions. I do not believe that we are totally “green” when it comes to developing electronics related to scramjet electronics. But this is a learning curve we have to endure. First a ramjet engine (which we are working on); then will come a scramjet. It will take time and investment. But if we are to be in an elite class of missile technology developers, then this is what will have to be.

Correction: We will use Borofen technology to store hydrogen for use in hydrogen fuel in Superelectronics, supercapacitors, screamjet engines.
For ceramics that can withstand high temperatures, we will need to use Thorium Oxide technology.
