Murat, the General Manager of ROKETSAN, one of the locomotive companies of the Turkish defense industry, was the guest of the Second Weekend. ROKETSAN General Manager Murat Second used the following statements in his speech:

Roketsan is a company that was founded in 1988, mainly to strengthen the Turkish Armed Forces. It has continued to grow since its establishment. It makes a significant contribution to our country's exports. It is one of the 3 largest R&D institutions in Turkey. This year, it represents our country in the 86th place among the world's top 100 defense companies. Our target is a turnover of over 1 billion dollars by 2025.

In fact, as someone who has spent his whole life in the defense industry, when I look at the development, especially in the last 10 years, with the support of our President, it has gained a very serious momentum and this momentum is a successful product. We have a 90 percent locality rate. One of Roketsan's biggest pluses. We invest not only in rocket technologies, but also in many systems.
We are trying to add the best friends to our team as teammates. Master's degrees are important to us. We recruit friends who are determined to learn and to carry out studies that will show their talent and experience. In the competitions during TEKNOFEST, a competitive environment emerges. We also get a lot of teammates from here. Due to the work we have done, we have to have personnel with a lot of experience. Roketsan is truly a distinguished institution of our country. Roketsan products are products that are used everywhere, entered these markets with competition and received very positive feedback from their users. As of our age, systems that can hit the target as a point without harming friendly and brotherly elements are preferred. These systems can also be possible with missile technologies.

Intelligent munitions are munitions that allow you to destroy the threat at its source. They use it to neutralize pointwise. Systems that are resistant to tampering and that can find their target no matter what. Sensors are very important. The biggest advantage of Roketsan is to use these sensors with our country's ecosystem. We have more than a thousand business partners around the world. In order for the systems to be implemented in a short time, institutions specialized in every field are needed. We want to increase the number of companies that move our ecosystem with us.
Roketsan's products are products that have found their way across the world, from the Far East to the Americas. There has been a serious demand in Central Asia, Africa, and the European market in recent years. As you know, since the systems we produce are sensitive systems, countries do not want it to be stated openly. Our cooperation targets are friendly and brotherly countries. The fact that we meet some of the R&D resources we need with exports gives us room to move.

Sanctions give us the ability to implement these systems. We can say that the sanctions provide more benefit than harm to the Turkish defense industry. We are gaining the ability to use these products in the way we want to our country. I can't say that we have a very serious problem, and from now on we will take it to a much higher level.

TURKISH SİHAs attract serious attention in Turkey and in the world. Turkey is heading towards a very different point. It is heading towards gaining leadership in the world, in terms of SİHAs and ammunition. It became the world leader in some segments. We can think of it as an area that is gradually increasing its market share.

CLAIMS OF BRAIN DRAIN
Our young friends gain a great deal of experience. We see each of our teammates leaving Roketsan as missing. We are far from the point where we will be in great trouble because of these losses. This is a problem for us, brain drain may be a problem in Turkey, but it is not a situation that will prevent activities. Each and every one of our engineers is very valuable to us.

AIR DEFENSE SYSTEM WORKS
Actually, it is necessary to talk about the concept of air defense. In a layered way, it refers to the system in which overlapping systems work together, just like a cabbage. When you bring all of these together, you get a layered air defense system. Each of them is one of the points that bring different technology. Thanks to the efforts of not only Roketsan, but all our companies, Turkey has reached a very good point. It has to be an open-ended structure on which you can always put your talents.

Salaries and perks for the employees should be significantly improved. This is much better than paying HDP representants all that money and allowing civil cervants buy Audi.

Serial production of HGK-82, HGK-83 and KGK 82/83 guidance kits and Guidance Kit Improvement and Development Project studies continue.

Within the scope of these studies, activities including laser and other seeker heads, different capabilities, anti-jamming antennas and improvements for faster production are carried out in the guidance kits.

Did he mean that some engineers leave Roketsan to work aborad?
