COART?
TUBITAK SAGE CDART-2 pod - High Speed Imaging and Data Collection Pod, used during launch and drop tests of missiles and bombs
View attachment 42154
The 401st Test Squadron uses the orange CDART (Camera Data Acquisition Recording Telemetry) pod you see on the right wing tip for external load separation tests. It has AIM-120 geometry and inertial characteristics. The pod has two high-speed cameras that enable measurements to be made about the image with the help of reference points on the aircraft and the external load to be dropped. Data collected from the pod and the aircraft are recorded, allowing simultaneous transmission to the ground station. You can also see the TEBER ammunition under the wing; TEBER is an INS/GPS guidance kit

Thank you
In the test conducted with the two-stage hybrid rocket system developed by DeltaV, an altitude of 200+ km was reached, breaking the altitude record reached with hybrid rocket engines.
Many challenging targets were successfully achieved within the scope of the test.
This success is a pioneering development not only for our country but also on a global scale in terms of hybrid rocket technologies. This system, which is of critical importance for space applications, will pave the way for much more advanced missions in the future in line with our National Space Program goals.
Wait, at the start of the video is written "Hypersonic Test Platform". Do they mean the rocket or that place?
Wait a damn minute, it is the Rocket i think.
"Hypersonic Test Platform
Hot stage separation and high-altitude access test"
There should be almost no foreign components left in the SOM missile, including electronic subcomponents. I believe that the localization rate, especially in electronic subcomponents, was achieved thanks to the gains from the Hisar HSS project. It is not just the engine. There is extensive nationalization of components.
KTJ3200 engine has a service life of 17 hours. So if fuel is available the engine can go a distance of over 15000km.Have the Integration of indigenous KTJ-3200 an Effect on the Range of SOM, the current Range up to 250 km are a Joke. We have Enemies like Israel in the Region which have a strong Air Defence and Airforce, for that the Range of SOM need to be doubled.
KTJ3200 engine has a service life of 17 hours. So if fuel is available the engine can go a distance of over 15000km.
This engine has a SFC of 1.18 kg/hr per deca newton.
It also has a thrust level of 3200Newtons.
Although not officially given for SOM, missiles of similar caliber to SOM have fuel loads of 360-450kg.
The SOM is a missile with an overall weight of 660kg. During the course of the last few years the body weight of the missile was lowered extensively with the use of composite materials. Thus making it possible to add more fuel and/or explosives.
SOM carries around 230kg of explosives.
One can guesstimate an approximate range. But without knowing the exact kinematics of the missile itself it isn’t correct to say anything about the real range of this missile. It has to be remembered that if we are to sell this missile to third parties, it has to have a range under 300 Km.
When SOM was first introduced it was stated that it could hit targets 180km away, making it a stand off class munition.
For quite sometime the official range declared, has been 250km.
We won’t know the real range of the missile our forces use. But most probably it isn’t 250km.
However, even the official range of 250km is a respectable range. The range of these missiles have no bearing on their effectiveness against targets. So calling it‘s range a joke is not right. This missile’s body has a stealth geometry making it difficult to be seen by radars and it flies close to ground following the contours of the terrain to hide itself from air defences and ground radars. At the terminal stage, it accomplishes a number of manoeuvres to evade ground defences and can go up and dive in to target.
