If you check Roketsan’s site, Sea-Atmaca has a range of 250km and the Kara-Atmaca has a range of 280km.
There are no “more than“ or “+” signs that go with it.

So these are official ranges given by the manufacturer. Yet there are news channels that claim ranges in excess of these official figures. Unless an official gives an official figure, these are the ranges to go by.
It has to be remembered that these missiles are exportable weapons. Roketsan has to quote figures that are in line with MTCR legislation.
However
@TurDef has written an article naming SSB President Haluk Gorgun regarding Kara-Atmaca-UM where in a test, 400+ km range has been achieved. This is done via an altered flight profile. It flew higher and had an outer shell with less drag characteristics, making it more fuel efficient.
KTJ3700 is supposed to be more fuel efficient too. It is not clear if this was used at the recent tests but it should give even better range figures if it weren’t. If it were, then it may have contributed to the longer range.
ROKETSAN announced that the Atmaca UM land attack cruise missile based on the Atmaca anti-ship missile had broken a new range and flight duration record.

In view of this article one can deduct that KTJ3200 will be available for export units. But Turkish missiles will have KTJ3700 engines fitted. As it has the same dimensions of the previuos engine, but performs better, we may see all new SOM series and Atmaca missiles with this engine fitted.
