Can corona be regarded as biological weapon? It did quite a damage and continue to do so

Well, I do not know whether it is released on purpose or accidentally but it is known that the corona virus is not natural but engineered.

IMO something like that being engineered defines it automatically as biological weapon

I think that in today‘s world, nuclear is starting to lose its sense of deterrence. Despite all the conflicts of the last 50-60 years, not a single nuclear bomb has been detonated. Even if you do have nuclear capabilities, it doesn’t mean that you‘ll have the strength to detonate one. The repercussions would eventually break your country. You would be isolated from the rest of the world for the following couple of decades. It is always good to have them, but they no longer have the desired level of deterrence. Let’s say that Iran had nuclear weapons. Who could they even nuke? Israel? What if they’re in an all-out war with the US? Do they launch a nuke to stop an aircraft carrier? Outside of the US and Russia, are there even any countries that can reliably launch a nuclear weapon and then hit a target on the other side of the world?

So, what‘s the solution to this problem? A major non-nuclear deterrent IMO would be having a MOAB/FOAB and more specifically, a MOAB(or FOAB)-sized missile that can be launched at long distances. Nuclear is both expensive and hard to maintain. It is also used as a last chance effort to end a war. You don’t enter a war with a Nuke. When we’re in a conflict with our neighbors, we won’t launch a nuke and forget about it. Unless it is an end of the world or at the very least a war of independence kind of scenario, you’re not launching nukes anywhere. But you can launch a couple of MOAB/FOABs at very strategic locations and be done with it. Even Russia is trying to replace some of its nuclear weapons with FOABs. It is still a very strong deterrent. It also does not come with the strings attached to conventional nukes.

Nuclear weapons don't have to be big, they can be made smaller to take out a small town or a place like a large airport or an industry zone. Being smaller they can now be used more frequently if the enemy will not be able to respond with nukes or with a similar capacity assault.

Possessing nuclear weapons doesn't mean you go on nuking or bombing your enemies. In today's world the basic purpose of owning a nuclear weapon is not to get nuked or bombed to oblivion. Possession of nuclear weapons will stop ALMOST all kind of aggression's from hostile nations, the best they can do is sanctions, threats or use proxies.
If the existence of nuclear weapons stopped a war, the purpose is already achieved.
If Pakistan did't had nukes, would they be able to survive USSR, India till this day Or what would USA had done to them ?
Take North Korea as an example it is a teeny tiny isolated country, but USA is unable to attack them because it would be too expensive to do it.
Sooner or later we would need nukes.

Capital Ankara-based Turkish defense firm Troy Teknoloji Savunma has developed 40-millimeter mini rockets for mini and micro unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) within the scope of its research and development (R&D) studies.

The company, established in Ankara in 2004, aims to increase efficiency with its services in the field of high-explosive warheads, along with other fields such as mini rockets, the armament of drones and unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) development and the design of high technology defense systems.

The mini rocket it recently developed is within the load limits that rotary or fixed-wing, low altitude, mini or micro-UAVs can carry. The rocket's infrastructure is suitable for a wide range of uses. The system, which is produced domestically and can be modified according to needs, will be useful in internal security and cross-border operations as well as in residential areas.

The 170 millimeters long mini ammunition is launched from the 550-millimeter shooter tube. The weight of the rocket corresponds to 500 grams (17 ounces) with a disposable shooter tube. Up to six rockets can be integrated into a mini-UAV.

The mini rocket has a maximum range of 2 kilometers (1.24 miles) and operates with an effective range of 100-500 meters (328-1,640 feet). The antipersonnel warhead with a smart plug is effective within a radius of 12 meters. The armor-piercing warhead penetration capability corresponds to the STANAG 4569 Level 2.

The main purpose of the system is to determine threat elements from a certain distance in a controlled manner or to neutralize previously determined targets without sending personnel to the danger zone.

This system is domestically produced, low-cost and modifiable according to the needs of the local authorities. It also offers the advantage of being easy to use, lightweight and can be carried by the personnel in multiple units.

It can hit and destroy fixed targets such as unarmored and light armored vehicles, buildings and small structures by mounting the mini rocket on small UAVs and UGVs.

Now this is what I'm talking about, smaller munition with destructive power. if the small size can be turned into some kind of guided munition, UAV etc. can drop 40-80 of these and hit targets precisely.

Depents on what type of chips, you have all type of chips, logic chips, general purpose chips, op-amps.

Unless it is a very specific chip I think most chips are imported, it is very easy to replace chips with some modifications to the printed cirquit board when a certain chip is not available anymore. The important thing is that you design the cirquitery, chips and components are not important.

Does Turkey import all chips for missiles?
Turkey (Aselsan, Yital, ...) have silicon manufacturing labs/facility. These are used for ASIC chips which can not be obtained from abroad (think cryptography). They also aim at producing an ARM based or other RiSC based CPU.

However, I think most of the standard chips are imported.

I have been chip designer at Philips Semiconductors, later I worked for a Japanese company (Yokogawa) and designed the pre-amplifying parts of instrument (circuit board design etc.). At Ericsson I've designed test setup's for DECT telephones, DECT = wireless phone in house and offices, it did not survive once smart phones came out. Done pretty much everything in electronic design.

Mr Gürcan OKUMUŞ: I think we will be able to see the SOM-J as it will also provide multiple carriage facilities by the UAV (Akinci and Aksungur).

Mr Gürcan OKUMUŞ: "We have current contracts. In the first stage, we are working on the integration of domestic and national ammunition into MMU. Studies on this subject continue, we have an ongoing study. MMU is a huge project, apart from that, we are negotiating for different work packages. We will assume important roles in this project with TAI to the extent of our talents and capabilities, and our close talks continue."

Mr Okumuş: "The development process of the KGK will continue with different models and we will develop a laser seeker headed KGK in the short term. We will use it very effectively in both jet planes and SİHAs. It is a product with high numbers in our inventory."
