So, if firing mechanisms are not included in the deal, can we assume that Moroccon order is mainly a contract of resupply/restock of missiles?

We have never heard that we possess Stinger manpads. Maybe we are already operating it, or perhaps it will be installed on vehicles similar to how Sungur was installed on the 4x4. Time will tell . When it comes to pricing, we all know that the DSCA price tag is the max cost of the deal, which will initially be lower once the letter of acceptance offer has been successfully negotiated. An important deal for us, now we need 35mm anti-aircraft guns to complete our low-layered air defense concept.

Nope, us Moroccans, we have become tired of drones . We have way too many different drones that we operate, but us operating drones from UAE is not surprising. The UAE is one of our few top allies in the Middle East, and Edge has long had a desire to form industrial cooperation with Morocco. Interesting catch

I'm not really sure if Jeniah is the right fit for the RMAF, and if a tender were launched, there would be many alternatives.

This morning, an Alphajet aircraft of the Moroccan air force crashed near Fès-Saïs airport during a training flight, resulting in the death of its crew.

Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.

The defense budget for 2025 was revealed. Approximately close to 23 billion USD will be allocated for the fiscal year 2025. 15 billion will be allocated for the procurement of weapons, and development of the military industry. 8 billion USD will be allocated to wages and other expenses.

The defense budget for 2026 was revealed.

-5 billion USD will be allocated to wages and other expenses.
-870 million USD for equipment acquisition.
-1.25 billion USD is allocated for the acquisition of equipment and support for the development of the defense industry.


On top of that, a budget of 17 billion USD will be allocated for fiscal 2026, however, it does not necessarily mean that it will be used. It's a budget that can be used if huge deals are concluded, or if the leadership see it fit. This contradicts the majority belief that this amount will ALL be allocated for spending within fiscal year 2026.
