Look at the map, it's literally right on the border with YPG-held territory. It's dangerous to drill there unless TAF can drive the YPG like 200 km away from that area and secure it against any attacks. Why haven't that area not been drilled already?

Uh, dude, the US army is sitting there with them. I wish they wouldn't and this BS infuriates me but do you think Turkey would start lobbing missile salvos into that area if the YPG were to conduct a terror attack against an oil drilling operation and the US said "no way"? Did we forget that Erdogan kept bragging about an imminent anti-YPG operation back in September and then nothing happened because the US and Russia both said "no"?It is not dangerous at all. YPG hasn't always been there and they wouldn't dare to attack in such a fashion. They would now that Turkey's response would crush them
Thanks to erdo we cleaned those minesThe area used to be a minefield.
Thanks for the update. All tests are completed in Türkali-1 and Türkali-2 wells.
Türkali-1 total gas flow is 1.77 million cubic meters per day.
Türkali-2 total gas flow is 2.05 million cubic meters per day.
A total of 3.80 million cubic meters of gas can be produced from 2 wells which means 1 billion and 387 million cubic meters of gas per year. If we assume we get similar results from the remaining wells, grand total of the first 10 wells will be somewhere close to 7 billion cubic meters per year.
