worth keeping in mind that the hizmet movement/gulen movement has hundreds of thousands of members, some estimates place it at upwards of 4 million members. Its basically a CIA operation used to infiltrate and takeover Muslim majority nations and then subvert their actions in the interest of America, Isreal etc. They played a heavy hand in getting AK party elected, a heavy hand in working with AK party to throw Turkish military patriots in Jail under bogus charges. A heavy hand to remove the militaries power over the state. Things like wanting to change the constitution to remove the term "Turk" comes from the Gulen movement. The deception they used then as always was its against islam to be nationalist/patriotic.

Long story short they operate in many nations and their agenda is 100% pro Zionism, 100% anti-Turkish and despite being an "Islamist" movement these people despise Islam. Westerns always saw the Turk as the sword of Islam, destroy the Turk and you destroy the military might of the Islamic world. Like I said in Caybahcesi. The diplomas in Turkish Universities has lost their value as they can take it from you after so long. I mean the method and standards required to pass these exams should ensure that this kind of political attack can't happen.

Now I will just assume that the cooperation with other universities abroad is going to be cancelled. but that doesnt matter since RTE wants to hold on to power.

Anyone capable should take their BSc abroad, any universty abroad, Bulgaria, Greece, any. I believe they respect peoples education more than in Türkiye.

Couple all of this with the recent reconcillation with the AKP and DEM and it seems that DEM sold out some of its well-known PKK members along with Imamoglu for a new alliance with Erdogan

If anything, Imamoglu deserved it. Even if his diploma isnt fake (which I believe it is) but those who rise to power by siding with crooks will always get backstabbed in the future. I will reiterate the same words to Erdogan, the DEM party and the crooks who are siding with the AKP rn will eventually betray him one day as well

And now I know why Imamoglu started this presidential candidate fiasco 4 years before the next election; it is because he probably got a tip from someone that his fellow crooks have abandoned him and his circle for greater influence by siding with Erdogan and Imamoglu was probably depending on public sentiment to protect him. I remember around 2010s I as a teenager knew what kind of mentality Islamists have and how they will act the second they see themselves safe from military coups. I said they will try to turn the country into Iran, and people laughed basing their judgment on their actions at that period of time; having no clue about the overwhelming hold a messianic and apocalyptic ideology obsessed with the afterlife can have on the minds of people born into; they didn't know that the processes which will turn the country into Iran, will also transform populace like a boiling frog, creating new normals and wiping out memories of past normals, at which point when a complete transformation is achieved they will not know they are living in it. They were fooled by their Takkiye of their liberal phase and they are still fooled now. Looking at their attitudes now, I have very little doubt that election frauds have been happening when losing elections has mattered a little too much; I think we're deluding ourselves if we believe these guys will leave with elections. They have completely hollowed out the armed forces, making all manners of promotion depend on political will just for the days that will come.
