Seems like they are going to choose Kale+RR if they don't offer a sh*tty engine or conditions.
Otherwise they would have just selected TRMotor/TEI without waiting

Why on earth would they still want to choose Kale/RR instead of TEI/TRMotor even though the latter will perform the first ignition of the TF-6000 by Jan 2023 and the TFX engine will be easily based on it! This means that TEI has a high possibility of giving Turkey a domestic engine for the TFX by 2028 when the mass production begins

Because kale and RR can actually make a engine? It will take years for TEI to make a 4th gen engine also TF6000 isn't powerful enough to power MMU.This is ridiculous
