Generally, there is no embargo on products in the prototype phase in Turkey, whenever they want to move on to the mass production phase, problems arise in the supply of subsystems, so it is normal for us to receive news a little late about the TF6000, the local subsystems are being prepared.

If we can get the TF6000 into mass production, it will be that much easier to get the TF35000 into mass production.

That'll still be a several years before TF6000 ground and flying tests end and it enters into first LRIP and then serial production though.

And I doubt it'll be just as easy as turning on a CAD and increasing the diameter of TF6K, TF35K will be a whole another beast to tackle.

Time is passing so fast. One year almost passed after first fire of the engine. Despite of knowing the fact that such works takes at least 3-4 years to mature an engine, we are still hopeful and expecting some miracles.

Last year, we launched the TF6000 and designed, developed and operated an aircraft engine for the first time in Turkey. We are now conducting maturity and flight readiness tests of this engine. Hopefully, we will prepare this engine for flight in the TF6000 and TF10000 series as soon as possible.

Now, for the first time, we have also entered the maintenance of aircraft engines used on ships. Previously, we were supporting the General Directorate of Shipyards for the maintenance of MİLGEM engines. Now, for the first time, we received a job from abroad, from the United States, about LM2500s before the end of the year. In January, there was a second piece of good news that we had won the second tender.

Never underestimate how nationalistic our Turks abroad or even in 4/5th generation are, even if theres more money to be made somewhere else.

And serial production makes no sense when the T625 Gökbey was ordered 2024 in notable quantities. It's our first helicopter and turboshaft engine therefore it should be logical that it will take more time. The last thing you want is producing dozens and then find some flaws, or mishaps during tests. I would recommend you to do a small rersearch about the V-22 project and what happens if you rush things half assed...

Looked up the V22 project you are right.

V22 osprey has had numerous accidents.

Out of all military systems the V22 has been one of the nost controversial due to its accidents in testing and in operation.

First mass production agreement was signed about a year ago, for the first batch of 10. It will take time to ramp up the production.

30 people involved in the V22 project died during the development phase, so what i'm saying is rather slow and steady that fast and half assed which could result in fatal accidents.

Red is thrust; green is RPM. Even though this is not a mature engine, it looks good. I expect the TF-6000 to max at 25k RPM. According to a simple calculation, the TF-6000 will generate 6800N @ 25k RPM.

TS-1400 showed good gains in the maturing process. Let's see how it will go this time for the TF-6000.

Only 6800N? It should produce around 27k N thrust if 6000lbf is achieved.

Question: why is there two different RPMs, namely N1 and N2?
