Roadmap translation.

2023
Cenk-S (Mid-range sea surveillance radar)
MURAD (Fighter detection, tracking surveillance radar)
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)
Forest Penetrating Radar
Air-to-Air Missile seeker (This should be different than Hisar-RF and Gökdoğan Seeker, It might be for Gökhan)
SRHOS (I don't know what this is but it should be an abbreviation for something.
C Bant building block ( should be C-Band T/R module)

2024
Network-based/structured radar
Surface movement detection
Multistatic synchronization unit update
Fulmar compact antenna architecture (L/X)
High dynamic area compact ground penetrating radar

2025
Airborne forest surveillance radar
Mid-range weapon detection(STR) radar (not to be confused with long-range STR radar currently in the inventory)
Helicopter FCR
Multistatic Radar

2026
Passive radar
Very long-range radar (Big brother of EIRS)
MMU AESA/BURFIS
Cost-effective seeker probably for rocket interception
Orbit tracking
Wall penetrating radar
MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) radar

2027
Hybrid Seeker (RF+IIR)
Drone-integrated ground-penetrating radar
IHA/UAV early warning radar
Plane early warning radar

2028
Ballistic missile and hypersonic target detection and tracking
Ballistic missile interception

2029
Cost-effective long-range early warning radar

2030
Satellite early warning radar
Swarm UAV radar
Satellite surveillance, GMTI

Could be a new E/O for mufahız/smash or Göker-D's E/O unit. The arrangement is similar of the E/O shown on top of Göker-D.
Nothing is confirmed about Göker-D as of now, but it is expected to be used on one platform.

Göker is have some advantages over Gökdeniz, less weight,90 degree elevation(uavs can drop ammunutions at this angle),it can be placed at both side of ship especially on the back of the ship so there is no need to much turn time its huge advantage for multiple attacks,if one is damaged or out of work you can stil use the other one

The modernization of AESA radar and other systems is in the VIPER BLOCK 70 setting, and even with some elements, it has better features than them.
This means that the Viper will rise above the configuration in terms of being able to use our own weapons without question and very comfortably.

+ multiple Goker-D may coordinate on a single target. That fellow only lacks an AURA radar for precision tracking and range estimation (to set smart munition)
Which i believe, this will be available with Gokdeniz MkII.

2027
Hybrid anti-ballistic seeker (RF+IIR)
Drone-integrated ground-penetrating radar
IHA/UAV early warning radar
Plane early warning radar

2028
Ballistic missile and hypersonic target detection and tracking
Ballistic missile interception

[...]
Does this imply that SIPER won't have anti-ballistic capabilities until at least 2028?

The radar that can see behind the wall, developed for use in counter-terrorism and hostage rescue operations, was also used for the first time for search and rescue in earthquakes. It's identified 50 people under the rubble. It reduced the search and rescue time from 10-12 hours to 1.5, 2 hours. Fire brigade and search and rescue teams show great interest in STM's DAR solution. The range of the system under debris, which can detect normally from 22 meters, drops to 7.5 or 10 meters. STM started to work to increase the effectiveness of the system in the disaster environment.

Yes! Commercialisation of military technology. That’s where the real export potential and money is!

According to the information obtained by Defense Turk, studies are continuing to use local GaN modules in the MURAD AESA nose radar developed for the F-16 fighter aircraft and AKINCI TİHA. In this context, the first domestic modules are planned to be used in 2024.

Domestic modules are produced within AB Mikronano, which is the first chip factory in Turkey, established in partnership with Aselsan and Bilkent University.
