Regardless of how many areas have been liberated by the SNA/HTS alliance in the blitz operation being conducted rn, it will sooner or later lose steam and eventually fail unless Turkish Armed Forces find a way to deal with the Assad regime aerial bombings

Just recently, Mare operational room was hit by the Assad/Russian airforce with lots of casualities being reported. Mare is supposed to be the frontline from which the SNA is supposed to fight for Tel Rifat and the SNA already reported casualities before even the operation begins

WTF is the TAF doing...... I truly hope Erdogan doesnt disappoint and chicken out

As I said before, while its great that the rebels have succeeded in taking most of Aleppo, the main issue comes to the forefront and that is aerial bombings. If intensive aerial bombings began, then the refugees wont go back to die in Aleppo and the rebels will suffer significant casualities. If this problem isnt solved, the rebels will lose everything within a month at most

Russia has begun supplying FABs to Russian and Syrian Air forces in Syria

I hope that Turkey is literally set on protecting the rebels or literally all will be lost since the HTS doesnt have airpower

Yeah some graphic videos and we will probably expect more.
I don't think Turkey sent that many aircrafts or air defenses over to Ukraine to assist them.

Russian and regime warplanes have been striking Idlib for weeks without any regard for civilian vulnerability. The increasing pressure in the recent period was one of the main motivations of this operation. Just a few days ago, children were killed in a Quranic school hit by an airstrike. Even today, Russian planes continued to hit Idlib while the siege of Aleppo continued. In fact, the Syrian people have been used to air strikes for years.

But I think what was unusual about these airstrikes yesterday was the statement of HTS, which was full of messages and in a tone that we don't remember any example of before. The statement said that they are never enemies of Russia, that the Syrian people are not enemies of Russia, that they can build the future of Syria together on the basis of mutual respect, and that Russia should not equate Syrian people fate with Assad.

My conclusion is that this statement did not come out of nowhere, and that there is a mechanism behind it, and consultations perhaps through mediations.

Another important detail is that the opposition captured an abnormal amount of military equipment and ammunition. Tank shells, mortars, man-portable air defence missiles, rockets, anti-tank guns, everything. Dozens of tanks and armoured vehicles, personnel carriers, captured parked or in working order, abandoned by the regime militias. The loss of military equipment on such a scale has perhaps not been experienced in the last 10 years.

I'm shocked how they managed to do this in such a short time. they almost captured whole city in only two days, Turkish backed Syrian army not like before they are really fighting with discipline.... this is the secret of success.

It is reported that terrorists from Tel Rifaat and Munbic were transferred to the new line established in Aleppo. If the Turkish Armed Forces had been involved in this operation, would they have been able to move even a single militant? No, let alone move them, all moving convoys would have been hit, remember 2020. However, when I looked around pro-regime social media circles, they are still in a deep rage against Turkiye.
Turkiye know their location of ypg bases and dont hit them , just limited hits but nothing more .
Why? Because of US thats why ,They can harm our economy very bad .

Yeah very strange how a big city of more than 2 million can fallen so easy ! Aslo very protected by assad and others militias since they ae at war . For my opinion there is some agreement in secret between syria and turkiye to let opposion take aleppo and arounds and establish a autonom there and Turkiye will sent 3-5 million syrian there .
For me the problem is not assad anymore but Ypg areas under US israel protection

The SDF has started intensive terrorist deliveries to help Iranian proxies, all of the vehicles seen in the convoy are vehicles that come with American grants. So they may have reached an agreement with the regime. At this point, a visible military build-up by the Turkish Armed Forces around Ceylanpınar and Kızıltepe would favour the Syrian opposition.

and the SNA finally make theirs move

the town depopulated and looted by Assad force will finally be able to come back to life

the revolutionaries are trying to reassure Shia town inhabitants
Russia seems to have handed over the east of Aleppo to the PKK. Since it is not their homeland, they spend it like a coin. They have been conducting airstrikes on SNA units in the north around the Tel Rifaat al-Bab axis last 2 days, now it makes sense.

Won't this give Türkiye a pretext to intervene directly?

Looks like SNA going to fight against PYD with support of Turkish artillery, they has to be prepared himself against any US air attack. But still, the American government may not want to get into a hot conflict because it is in a transition period.

! HTS is the most disciplined and effective fighting force in Syria.
No movement on Aleppo City and Surroundings. I think HTS is busy looting than to continue to fight SAA.

What the f is Turkiye doing? why is TAF not moving on Tel Rifat and Manbij? ruskis are out, Assad is fleeing and YPG is alone! they are even getting more land from assad and linking up Tel Rifat and Manbij. The time to strike is NOW!

It seems regime withdrawing from all of north side of country. The spineless opportunism of the SDF and its relapse into land grabbing again will not only turn into a hatred that will reminisce about the days when they stabbed the people of Aleppo in the back and even dismembered their dead bodies on trucks, but it may also bring about a very bloody revenge will this time. This could have consequences that would break the opposition's pressure on the regime. It may even provide the regime with the necessary conditions for recovery. Since 2020, If the political will in Turkiye had not relying so much on Russia and not remained so passive on Manbij and Tel Rifaat, the regime would not have found the room for manoeuvre today and would have been left with lost territories and a major legitimacy crisis.
