The fact that you believe that is just outright sad

I believe that Mr.Aksit once said that their engine development team which made impressive progress on an international level was being recruited by other massive international corporations with wages that are way higher than the average international wages! Do you know why? They are trying to destroy any sort of competition arising from other nations like Turkey! Just imagine you training young engineers for 3 to 6 years with as much money as you can only for one big overseas company to steal such an individual with money in the span of an hour! Certain technological fields cant just be given out that easy; China has been trying to recruit engineers for engine development at abnormal wages for decades yet none came to China primarily because most advanced nations places heavy restrictions on the tech and engineers involved

I can give thousands of examples and arguments to counter your beliefs but I do know that you still wont be convinced and will remain blinded! This isnt AKP doing since Boeing, Lockheed Martin and BAE are doing the same shit! This is just like the F35 you want so bad even though all F35s worldwide have been grounded due to ejection seat issues and massive operation costs

And yes, my friend's older brother did divert away from such field due to the restrictions; but for those who entered, they do know the consequences! They will get stable jobs and decent salaries and perks from their own govts but will suffer restrictions in other areas which is 100% fair IMO

it was not completely changing where you live, it was about freaking holidays and visits, sadly he couldn't even attend our grandmothers funeral because of that, now you get it?


Also, USA is not a perfect place, they do have institutes fucked up by politics and right/SJWs, they do have economic problems, albeit better than us, and they do have problems with management too, they are bad, but just not AKP level
so you can not ask same measures here

I see you are really trying hard to change the topic but it is not about them Vs us. It is about losing them to *other defence industry giants* and this results in unwanted transfer of knowledge and you can't make sure of that guys gonna keep his/her mouth shut about the projects s/he had worked on. That's the real problem.


And yes, we cannot ask the same measurements but we need these kind of measurements with some bonuses because of secrecy of the projects. Like tax free electronics for them, discount holidays, more holidays, parties to relief them etc. But we should have agreements to make them stay here or make sure that when they leave, they are not going to a different defence company

I don't get why people are having issues with such a restrictions, even in my own contract I have 6 month restriction saying that I can't engage in the same industry as my company after i leave and also why is TEI not putting a huge notice period. Even in my own company it starts with 2 months notice and increases by a week for every year until 4 months notice for leave.

This is normal, I am confused why TEI is just implementing this now.
People dont have issue with restriction. They have issue with government.

BS, Expats pay still tax only little amount less. But they want to stop that, because it is not fair. And the money you are talking is BS:LOL:, besides of that when you get salary you have to pay incomes taxes. Almost 30% goes to taxes, ASML kind company never and never pay like that money to a engineer or a scienctist, average high degree sciencetist get 5000 gross salary.

A engineer in Turkey who works in TAI should understand a live standard in Europe is expensiver then Turkey. In the end you will live the same standard live, besides that you have more leverage in Turkey. In Europe you are still second level employee who never get a higher rank:LOL:. Money is not everything, if they think they can come and live in Europe.

That is a competition clause. I had it too when I were at PWC. And you get economic compensation for those months. Which means they pay you a salary.

That's not true. There is a rigorous applied safety protocol (extensive testing and verification at various levels of the hierarchy).

That deals with all "outsourced" work before it can make it to where human souls are depending on it.

So outsourcing is not the problem, something(s) failed in the protocol application....that is 100% on Boeing.

Design department strictly within Boeing after all have made flawed designs before that have been rejected by the protocol process....and some have gotten through previously as well (again by flawed application of the protocol)

Details of this (and the penalties + remedial actions) w.r.t 737 MAX (or say 787 battery) can be read in the FAA investigation but they tend to be quite long reads. A lot of detail is lost in the media clickbait articles unfortunately (which have various agendas to peddle).

It is part of my current job to do just this kind of thing (for both what we do in-house and outsource to say universities and external design + coding groups) before I can put my seal on it and pass it upwards for more final checks.

I have yet to be overruled....but I have overruled those below me at various times if things did not tick all the boxes we have stringently set up (before we can evaluate performance dividends past it)....including for work outsourced.

None of the outsourced work teams put their seal on it (or are part of the vetting + overruling process) and bear no liability on the contracted work....as we do not outsource safety and testing standards to them given what we finally are liable for when we take ownership of the work.

TAI similarly would have its stringent protocols for anything done both in its domestic design teams and any international branches/outsourcing/consultancy.

There is often slightly different rubric for military (since you are pushing the envelope and the final product has far fewer human lives on the line directly) but overall same concept applies how you approach safety (and the things past that afterwards).

But there should be absolutely no difference (in the consistent safety protocol approach used) between what you receive from internal design teams and what you contract or delegate elsewhere.

This stringency would also govern IP and industrial secret (or military secret) access and info flow. You simply design the "need to know" structure from inside out. That is again something TAI would take seriously already.

I live in the Netherlands and i now enough people who works or have worked ther, ther is nothing special to go work ther. When you go to chip machine assembly and design that machine then you are talking about. A average engineer who goes ther do not go to that level engineering work, it is a strategic work, they do not let everybody work ther. ASML have over the world factories working, they do not make only chip :LOL: . Some engineer from ODTU will replace Dutch universities:LOL:.That guy is farting, and you are crying for that people who goes to abroad.



ASML have over the world branch, Netherlands is 1 of them.

Issue of leakiness and atrophying (and likelihood of the swiss cheese model causing a major issue in a product).... is separate to where you hire talent from (which you also set up a relevant vetting process or contract process for regarding what their scope and documentation will be).

It (leakiness and presence/ability of cheese holes to align with each other in the layers) will be just as bad on the whole even if you hire everyone entirely domestically.

You never delegate safety and testing outside of what you have established well inside the core (i.e it is a thick layer as possible with no holes).

It is to be designed to handle a series of stress test kitchen sinks thrown at it and at same time find a microscopic flaw....because a serious issue cropping up is source-neutral (and should be treated as such) in the feeder network designed under it.

For TAI size and number of employees (~12000), I would not think it is too difficult an issue to enforce at this stage something very tough and impermeable in the management and decision making hierarchy. That has to be inhouse and done with all relevant oversight....so that it scales well with growth in future too.

By 2030, probably all these platforms will be in the sky and considering the deterrence they will create, our country will have an aviation industry and mature product range that can compete with the biggest boys of the West in all scale. Probably, West will go to embargo route again by making different politic excuses but I don't think any effort will have any effect after this time.

they are already in full throttle with destroying their economies, doubt they will have the same attitude as in the last decades now where they are starting to feel the heat with the changing dynamics in the world. They dont have the luxury anymore to do things as in the past and they are starting to realize that lel
