Because

a- TRT haber is nothing but government propaganda and not trustworthy

b- No one who has been paying attention to Turkish defence industry takes MSB Arge seriously, especially in a subject like a jet engine because they have zero experience in the field, and questionable experience in other areas

c- They also claimed that they produced all of the parts themselves, which is bullshit of the highest order because required expertise and technology to build those parts only exist in TEI.

d- Erdoğan, who loves talking about defence projects, who loves putting his signature on defence projects, who loves posing with defence projects, didn't even talk about them, or go near them at all, let alone signing them.

So, there. There is nothing to talk about except for how their bullshit cast a shadow over otherwise great expo.
ASFAT and AFGM does have a lot of experience with jet engines idk where u got the idea of MSB not having any experience with jet engines thing from

Bruh, 65 KAAN would cost something around 13 billions. That's two third of their current forex.
They don't have to be buying them all at once, they can spread it over years. The bigger question is if this is true or not, we need to see more reliable sources. I have only seen a few foreign accounts. This was expected but it could happen years later rather than now. What I am thinking is users want to get production slots before they are all taken. There is lots of diplomatic activity going on for weapons procurement recently.

Imho it doesn't make sense to speak about exports yet. Because we haven't seen KAANs ITAR-free engine yet. And it is a fact that after we show those engines, they will pile up to buy KAAN. We have seen what happened with ATAK export to Pakistan.

Thats how u reverse engineer smth, also I dont think the engine is real but I wouldnt say the military factories doesnt have experience with jet engines, itd js be a stupid statement, because when u maintain smth that means yk how it works, yk how it operates, how its made, how its pieced, Imo they might have just modified the F110129s internally modify it and smhw get some more thrust out of them but def not up to 42k i think its impossible until I see it run myself.
