None, I don't really think anybody else will be ever sanctioned of buying Russian equipment.
There will be excuses of "they were not warned prior to purchase", "the purchase was made before it came into action", "the purchase does not put US presence at risk" etc.
Especially UAE has made excuse of " supplying the critical equipment from various sources which was not sold by US", will be primary excuse of anyone and will be accepted by US as an excuse.

UAE gaved Russian air defense systems to Wagner mercenaries and bought North Korean missiles systems, used Chinese drones for Libyan warlord. Thats just tip of the iceberg lol

Unilateral sanctions on Turkey

Pakistan is deeply concerned on the imposition of sanctions on Turkey by the United States. Pakistan remains opposed to imposition of unilateral coercive measures against any country in principle. The solution to all issues lies in dialogue, diplomacy and mutual understanding.

Pakistan acknowledges and appreciates Turkey’s invaluable role towards regional and international peace and stability. The people and the Government of Pakistan reiterate their strong support for the Government and the people of Turkey in their quest for national security, peace and prosperity, and as always, will continue to stand by them towards the achievement of these shared goals.

The problem is they're not doing anything positive to improve the relations either.

Status quo will just lead to deteriorating the situation.

It is either US incompetence or they just don't know what to do. Either way US isn't able to change what they're doing.

We have our own geopolitical realities and threats we need to prepare for and fight. I hope the economy can be corrected and our debts be zeroed.
Well, US has faults too but if you think about we have problems with entire Middle-East, Europe and US. In East Mediterranean Jews, Christians and Muslims united against Turkey. At this point, it is not healthy to think like," we are right, whole world is wrong".

I dont want to see Turkey dealing with this kind of shit in 2030. End of NATO and different alliances need to be created.

If we do the right thing then we’re bound to be alone. Because the world doesn’t revolve around doing the right thing.

So what’s left is keep trying and reaching out through dialogues.

All the while you change your cards in hand. If KSA, Egypt and Turkey fix relations that in itself would screw up many insidious plans.

If that tweet is right and we fix things with Israel, that will change little imo, but still better than nothing.

and afterwards he'll look at Turkey

I predict quite the opposite he won't fix anything

He will gather his friends and repair the ties with eu and some asian countries meanwhile the grip on turkey will increase

The deal is to divide turkey that's crystal clear the top states that want to establish this are USA, germany, France, Israel and this counted from top to bottom

Turkey has emmerged as clear competitor and power projector in region, it is normal that would cause conflict with usa, how you will cope with it is hard to tell, whatever it would be it must not jeopardize economy stability and growth. On the other side i see this as clear detoriaton of usa power, still no1 but this blunt moves are exposing what exactly happened in power transition around middle east last decade.
Anyway, could announcmemt of reopening of istanbul=teheran=islamabad railway next year for cargo transport is some kind of hidden diplomatic message?

I'm glad he said it. About time we replied properly instead of just saying "working group" blah blah blah.

Exactly,

the way Akar formed the sentences is very good and it has a different tone to it especially this part

“Sanctions are not right. They shake trust and friendship. Our wish is that our American allies will reverse the decision and focus on mid and long-term planning by the prevailing of common sense. We are in favor of friendship,” he said.

Its clear that we cant deal with this behaviour from them forever, thats also not sustainable. At the end the mid term plan needs to be the end of NATO. That is very important.

There is nothing to talk about the relationship from Turkey's corner. The one who needs to rethink it is the US.

The US isn't protecting Turkey like it is Saudi Arabia that Turkey would need to rethink its actions. Our existence is not ensured by them. The opposite actually, if the US ever wants to see the black sea, sail the east med in peace or have any influence left in the ME, Balkans, Caucasus and Northern Africa it would do well to rethink its actions and priorities.

Sanctions can be overcome just like in the 70s. Will they have effects on the industry? Of course they will, we will see projects get delayed, maybe some scrapped and some other completly redrawn. But what is new? Turkey has been dealing with this since 2016. It suprises me how people are acting as if this something out of the left corner and Turkey has been overwhelmed by it?! The industry has been dealing with this for years now, people, nothing has changed.

Either the US will revamp its model on how to talk with Turkey or it will lose it as an ally and partner at the latest after 2035. Once Turkey has an self sustaining military industry it can cut off any important lines to the US and keep a passive but still hostile relation to it.

So either A the US treats Turkey with respect on the same level it does Japan and Britian or B it continues to shoot itself in its foot as it has been doing for the last decade almost. My bet is on B.

My bet is also that none of them will take responsibility for losing Turkey and will rather start a black propaganda campaign putting Turkey on the same level as North Korea.

This part is very important. General public in European countries don’t understand what’s going on, nor do they know that PKK changing name doesn’t make it ok to cooperate with them. Whilst some still don’t consider them terrorist. People have other worries, and politicians worrying about internal issues, don’t really give a fuck about Turkey.

So my take is Turkey needs to root out terror up to 100 km to our borders. And erase it completely internally.

when terror threat has been dealt with, we can continue with building and helping NA and Turkic countries, build up solid economy, and let time take it’s told on EU. Without common enemy they will implode.
