LASIR 270 - LIDAR
We develop domestic products that use laser detection and ranging (LIDAR) technology for autonomous vehicles, especially for UAV platforms. With this critical technology we have developed, it is aimed to provide environmental awareness and 3D mapping in 360° (panoramic) field of view, at high speed.

RST METRAD
METRAD.jpg

METRAD is the novel X-Band weather radar with high sensitivity and large dynamic range, which enable the detection of even the weakest hydro-meteorological targets, such as drizzles or light snow. The compact size and transportability of this complete X-Band system will make it the perfect choice for fixed installation and mobile operations, including rapid deployment for regional campaigns.

Bullshit, 2° is narrow field of view not wide-field.

Surface wave high frequency radar core system preparation (YDYFR-ÖH)

It is aimed to develop at the request of the Naval Forces Command and to create the field-oriented infrastructure necessary for high frequency radar, which will be able to monitor, detect, diagnose and monitor sea platforms with trans-horizon ranges and partially from behind the island, to increase the experience for data collection and to analyze the data obtained.

The Naval Forces Command had ordered a special radar for the Aegean islands along with the Serdar Coastal Surveillance Radar. So they wanted to prevent the islands from creating a blind spot.

It was already known that Greece wanted to disadvantage us by using blind spots on the Aegean islands.

Correction: I think it was said that the Serdar Coast surveillance radar could see the back of the islands
I forgot to add the news in 2011.

According to a news in 2011, the radar is expected to have a range of 27 to 30 km. Since the Serdar Coast surveillance radar is in the inventory, this radar must have entered the inventory by now.

It was already a well-known fact that Greece wanted to disadvantage us by using blind spots on the Aegean islands.
What is described here could be a HF surface wave over-the-horizon radar so much more range, up to 400 km is possible. It probably won’t distinguish a ship next to a cliff like this but the network can keep track of the ship before it arrives to this position & keep it in memory,

Mr Kotil: Canada applied embargo. (Bombardier aircrafts) Aircrafts have already been delivered. We have developed different solutions. We are proceeding modification for HavaSoj program.

Akinci - 2021 AESA Radar
F-16 - 2022 AESA Radar
TFX/MMU - 2026 AESA Radar
These are the most important projects for us. Akinci Aesa radar is feasible. But according to the article written by Ibrahim Sunnetci and shared here by @cabatli53 (#151) , the 29block 50+ and 71block 50M planes need permission from Lockheed Martin, for them to be equipped with indigenous Aesa radars.
Yet without these radars, our f16 fleet and our Air Force will be in a very disadvantaged position against Greek and Egyptian airforces. We will have to bite the bullet and go ahead with the aesa modernisation no matter what!

This modernization can be reconsidered in conjunction with the now off F35 deal.
Both F16 and F35 are LM products.

Can you explain a little more please? Too cryptic for me!

F35 money is not returned. An equal amount of money or goods is due to be paid back. It would be easier for them to give permission to us to upgrade as part of a return package.

Do anyone know why they selected a very low resolution optical (TV) sensor?
A full size 20-50 Mpx sensor would beat the FHD sensor on any parameters like clarity, low noise, low light, flexibility, optical zoom or even cost since these are used in every single DLSR.
(The bandwidth can't be a problem since that can be resolved with simple adoptive zoom software.)

Also, the accuracy of the range finder is given to 5m. Is this not 5mm?
If they really have 5m then they are missing some really basic design issues such as sample the out going signal.
(I help develop range finders with 2mm accuracy based on 10 year old tech. I still have some of the prototypes.)

Canovate PanTher - Panoramic Thermal Radar
41380.png

The panoramic thermal radar consists of the software and hardware of a radar system that can display the environment by scanning 360° day / night with the thermal camera. This radar; can alarm when it detects any moving target or when there is an increase in temperature in the scanning area.
The Thermal Radar Hydra provides the unparalleled 360° detection of Thermal Radar combined with targeted surveillance from a colour and laser illuminated PTZ.
