If you check this out carefully it involves :
1. Twin engined Tusas MIUS
2. Twin engined Baykar MIUS
3. Twin engined Hurjet Naval
4. Twin engined Hurjet UAV.

These are serious number of plane developments that involve serious amount of work and finance.
I am guessing that the single engined versions are already in the pipeline.

Just a question though, what is the use of an unmanned Hurjet when Turkey has Baykar MIUS?

Is the source reliable? Looks like a wish-list, fan-made to me.
"Savunma ve Stratejik Akıl", looks like they are posting his own ideas as an official roadmap, purely by ignoring TF-6000 and related developments or goals in Turkish turbofan roadmap.
Why would turkey equip all of the unmanned systems merely by 2 Ukranian engines, especially for some known projects that span for 12+ years from now, especially while a class of Turbofan engines expected to be ready before 2030.

I was a bit sceptical about the whole thing looking at the scale of work involved. But Mr I Sunnetci has been involved in the discussion. So that made me to be more inclined to believing it. Albeit with reservations.

We can safely be skeptic or even assured about these documents are entirely fan-made and relies only on the recent developments on the Ukranian engines (for Baykar, Atak-II and possibly Hurkus, the last one is not verified yet i presume?).

This simply doesn't add up with any roadmap SSB or TAF has.

I am not sure about these programs but what we know is there will be at least 2 versions of mius of Baykar and at least one unmanned fighter UAV from TUSAŞ.
Hurjet naval variant is also possible.
There is also some other uavs with turboshaft engines of Ukraine like cargo UAV and refuelling UAV with 2-4 of that 1000hp engine!!
They are really interesting.

Question arises, what they have waited for? They have waited Baykar to produce ,design similar uavs??
So state does not let TUSAŞ buy engines from Ukraine but we see some TUSAŞ projects with Ukrainian engines. And when we add that Baykara made a deal for these 3 engines , Baykara will supply engines to TUSAŞ instead of TUSAŞ buying directly from Ukraine!!
Some can call me conspiracy theorist but I believe Baykara will make money even from those engines that TUSAŞ will buy!! Same but opposite of Aselsan ,roketsan deals with Baykar

Where does it come from that the state doesn't allow Tusas to buy engines from Ukraine?

Source?

So Tusas is allowed to buy engines from PW but not from Ukraine, sorry but that sounds like bogus to me

So this is ridiculous ,right. So what do you think the reason behind it? Not supporting Baykar economically through that purchases and making TUSAŞ waited for Baykar make ready it's mius??

According to the previous posts, SSB refused to have GOKSUNGUR flying using a non-national engine. SSB never prohibited Tusas from getting Ukrainian engines for its other platforms, but it wants Goksungur to fly using the TEI TF-6000 national engine and not some foreign country's engines.
That is why SSB refused Tusas demands when it asked to import Ukranian engines for Goksungur

In one of his posts, @TheInsider said that TEI is developing TF-15000 engine. An engine with 15000lb thrust. But Temel Kotil said TEI isn't developing an engine for HÜRJET. So is this engine project real? If it is then what platform will likely use it? Or it is a high-bypass turbofan engine for civilian sector, maybe?

It seems they can change engines by looking at hutjet !! And why ssb does not want Baykar to have tei engines but ask TUSAŞ?
