I think the hinge-like apparatus seen in the part I bought in the red circle is related to the folding mechanism of the wings. By eye judgment, 4 of the heavy duty pylons fit between this part and the root wing. The optional 5th and 6th pylons, which can carry lighter ammunition, also somewhere near the exact folding point.

The folding point is vaguely visible in the front section photo.

The distance between the folding points is 0.45 times the total wingspan. This corresponds to a folded wing position width of approximately 6.3 meters. With a very rough calculation, this means that each TB-3 will occupy an area of 50-55 square meters in the TCG Anadolu hangars and deck sides.
