Theoretically possible. But it is inconclusive that SAR technology is being actively used to detect submarines. It is among different methods of detection of submarines in ports and at sea. But underwater detection capability of SAR, if true, is not apparently known openly.

It can be used for periscope detection when the sub is near the surface and raises its periscope out of the water, but it can't detect objects under the water.

What about mam-t?

Aksungur has already fired Teber bomb with a precision strike. Teber 82 uses a cheap (~2000$) 250kg mK82 bomb with (87kg explosive) and turns it in to a precision strike munition worth 25-30000 dollars that can hit moving targets from 30 km away.
MAM-T is also meant for Aksungur to use. So it is only logical that they will integrate it in to Aksungur too. Aksungur will carry more of these than the Teber missile number it can carry.
