They are still young around 45, they have a good 30 years of livelihood in them and they will see to the successor matter. But once the Kızılelma does what is expected from it in all its varieties they need to find another big challenge to take on. I suggest they go for biped robots; both for military and civilian.I dont want to go off topic but at times im worried about Baykar after the brothers leave or retire.
We will not live forever there has been numerous cases of companies collapsing after the original founder.
Ferrari after Enzo Ferrari nearly collapsed until his protege Luca Di montezemolo steered the company away from banktrupcy. Lotus fell off especially in F1 due to Colin Chapman not having a proper successor.
I dont want to be doom and gloom but I hope Baykar will thrive with the brothers choosing a good successor for the future.
Hopefully the company is in good hands.
