Bayraktar TB3 successfully completed its 26th test flight, in which it stayed in the air for 27 hours.

According to the statement made by Baykar, Bayraktar TB3 remained in the air for 27 hours and 19 minutes uninterruptedly at medium altitude in the 26th test flight held at AKINCI Flight Training and Test Center in Tekirdağ's Çorlu district.

If you fight with peer or near peer state war,UAVs will not survive long enough on this high density condition only the stealth ones can survive. We have to work on derivetes of Anka 3 like smaller ones, bigger ones, but not the TB3 or Aksungur,or Akıncı.They can not protect themselves from enemy fighters, and they will be shot down by gunfire of fighters not missiles. Its always certain to attack weak ones firstly.Make them stealth or away them from detection range there is no choice.USA now working on TB2 size UAVs but the stealth one for their carrier strike group.

Too expensive and pointless, but Kizilelma are there to intercept these planes and drones, and Anka 3 flies as a bomber low in the airspace with an intact air defense to drop bomb loads.
There is no need to develop 20 different versions of the same type, the USA has the money, we don't.
For everything else, TB2/3, Anka S, Aksungur are currently sufficient, without intact air defense of the enemy you can use them all.
Hybrid solutions such as Akinci are even capable of flying for a few hours at an altitude of 45/50000ft and 800 km/h in boost mode, albeit with considerable fuel consumption.
With its AESA and later BVRAAM capabilities, it could act as a sentinel & bomber in patrol flight to put pressure on enemy aircraft - this approach should be pursued by the defense industry in future developments.
What we currently need is a long range stealth drone in the form of a Global Hawk variant for reconnaissance and early warning.

That being said, not every development and purchase is justified in the US, although there is already a weapon system that is effective and cheap, they develop to get contracts from the government = money.
This has more to do with job creation measures than a need to fill a gap.

What happened to bayraktar TB2 on ukraine russia war, they could not sustained operations, most of them are not alive.

So what?
Where is it written that very cheap MALE drones like TB2 can permanently hold their own against modern air defense systems?
Air defense systems have been constantly improved, especially against small, slow-approaching drones, both in software and hardware.
You cannot send a TB2 into an area where you have no air supremacy, either it is balanced or you have absolute air supremacy in that area.
For everything else, cruise missiles, ballistic missiles and stealth bombers (drones) are responsible for a first strike.
See the second and third US Gulf Wars.
Or have you ever seen the USA send Predators or Reapers drones into a contested airspace?
So why should Turkey do it?

Do you think such additional motors would be useful with KE for reaching supersonic speed?
CRDE - Continuously Rotating Detonation Engine - technology was briefly discussed in previous pages.

This is still a technology at it’s infancy ; albeit with a lot of promise. But there is still a lot of time and effort that needs to be spent before this tech becomes operational on any platform.

KE doesn’t need CRDE to go supersonic. Realistically, a single TF10000 with afterburner will fly KE at supersonic speeds. Or better still, a pair of TF6000 engines with right set up can and should fly KE supersonic in supercruise mode. Since KE has stealth geometry, an engine like TF6000 that is specifically being developed for stealthy platforms, will be the right route to take for KE.

I don't really need it to go faster as long as it can fly at 100k feet height.
At that altitude it WILL go fast. To work efficiently at that altitude, it will also need a Turbojet engine or something like a CRDE.

KE, with it’s turbofan power plant, ideally, will fly between 30K feet and 50k feet altitude. It doesn’t really need to fly any higher.

KE will be partially a bomber and partially an air superiority UCAV. So it will need to fly fast. It is not a UAV that can loiter and be used for opportunistic targets. It needs to get to its target fast and leave quickly just like a manned jet fighter. It is not a cheap and somewhat an easily expendable asset like tb2.

The Grom and Valkyrie that look like the Kizelma are labeled medium class stealth drones and the Anka-3 is around the same size, Did Turkey announce any plans before on heavy stealth UAV prototype projects I might have missed out on here or not yet?

There will be 4 different type of Anka 3; including existing one, a mini one for surveillance a medium one and a larger one but all we know is this.

Besides we have a Anka 4 that all we know is its name

We saw the Succes when a ukrainian modified Sport Plane hit a UAV Production plant in Kazan Russia. Would it not mske Sense to modify Troy T-200 as Kamikaze UAV ?

You can take out expensive parts from inside a TB2 and use it instead with better success if you need a large drone.

I see Kamikaze Drones which are modified Sport Plane or TB-2 as an expendable Assest. They are cheaper and could be produced in Masses. They can even used as decoys, the Enemy to activate the Air Defence and expend it's AD Missiles.
