You dont get respect for nuking a much smaller and weaker nation you invaded/attacked because your army was getting her arse kicked in. To the contrary they nuke Ukraine because of the fact their failing big time and it will further tarnish their reputation. They will become that big pussy nation who couldn't handle the fight they started against the smaller kid, so they had to cheat their way out of it.
Here I am talking about "respect" in terms of international relations and hard power and you're talking about high school popularity contests.

The Cabinet of Ministers launched the mass production of Ukrainian drones

Today's solution will allow UAV manufacturers to develop more actively, scale up, reinvest profits, and compete with foreign companies.

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that will significantly speed up the creation and delivery of domestic drones to the front.

This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.

I expect a surprise from Ukraine during its upcoming spring offensive....w.r.t these UAVs and many other things possibly too.

In the build up to it I think there will be a notable amount of headfakes to throw the Russians off as much as possible for whatever it is.

Just like when Ukraine had everyone convinced there would be major advance in Kherson, attacked Russia just enough there to make it seem even more so, and then re-took territory up north instead....and then got Kherson back anyway later.

Let us wait and see what they have in store this time (esp to how UAVs can headfake and strike elsewhere regarding their different types), Russians will also be expecting something.

Scavengers, putin solider looting their own killed comrades

In general, even though soldiers cannot take the corpses of friendly casualties in the war environment, they take the equipment away, if possible, so that it does not fall into the hands of the enemy and be used against them. It's quite reasonable.

Worldonalert site is ridiculous in this post. It's not about robbery or theft. I think this post shows that this site is biased and a propaganda officer of a segment.

In other words, the public should not be so stupid and ignorant.

Happy to see this as I was posting about wanting to see it happen a couple weeks ago...

North Macedonia 🇲🇰 is donating its 12, MI-24 attack helicopters to Ukraine. Ukraine already flies the MI-24n but these will add to the fleet.

My understanding is that some number of these helicopters are not air worthy, but can be canabilized for much needed parts. Efforts like these will greatly aid Ukraine in their combined arms effort for their upcoming offensive. They need as much airborne capability as possible heading into the summer months.

I'm calling on Czech Republic 🇨🇿, Poland 🇵🇱, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and Georgia 🇬🇪 to donate all of their Russian made attack helicopters as well. I'm also calling on countries such as Canada 🇨🇦, Belgium 🇧🇪 and Netherlands 🇳🇱, who are running out of their own supplies to provide Ukraine, to help reimburse the above countries for those donations, so they can buy Western replacements.

Five days ago, the Chinese president met with Putin in Moscow. They stated that they were positive about economic and political unity and progress on this issue, and they decided to move forward.

However, they did not declare a decision regarding the military or defense sector. Only the Chinese side stated that the war between Ukraine and Russia should be ended as soon as possible, and that the Chinese side would attempt to reach a peace agreement.

The Russian side brought up the energy need of China and presented new resources.

This meeting that Russia held with its closest ally before the expected spring attack is remarkable.

In some comments, it is written that Russia is trying to secure its back with China as a precaution against every possibility and outcome before the spring attack. If things go wrong and the Russians are weak, the first aid source is China.

As you know, the common enemies USA and its gang are pressing China militarily, economically and politically. So this cooperation seems vital for both countries.

Please tell me; How many more banks in the west have to go bankrupt for the Ukrainian people to get rid of the molars of capitalism. How many more oligarchs and bureaucrats have to die in Russia for the Ukrainian people to get rid of the molars of Russian hegemony.

I think people in the west should speed up the process by withdrawing their money from banks. In Russia, the massacre of oligarchs and bureaucracy should be started by the people.

The French, on the other hand, can take Macron's watch from her wrist and give the money to the Ukrainian immigrants after selling the watch.

You need not worry about the West. A smaller number of banks are truly struggling. Most will be fine.

Russia on the other hand, is a complete disaster. Not only do a significant portion of their people live in poverty, 20-25% of their population still doesn't have indoor plumbing. In many respects, they're multiple decades behind the West. As the war continues, and the West not only freezes a good majority of Russia's foreign assets, but also starts liquidating them, it will only be worse for Russia. They'll be in inccuring tens of billions of dollars of debt each month this war continues and the West will start paying for the war with liquidated Russian assets. Essentially, Russia will be paying both sides of a losing conflict, as their economy contracts, while neutering their army for a generation.

This was a horrible geopolitical move by Russia. By the end of this conflict They'll be nothing more than petro slaves to China and India, but a pariah from most of the developed world.

I quite agree with Shirvan especially in the last half of the video. Manpower, is Russia's largest advantage in this war.

Especially now we know that this war be a long war, possibly spanning decades even after Russia is expelled from all land it occupied. Attrition will be their largest weapons of war, now that Russia has launched its military version of "social credit" system targeting minorities, dissidents and criminals to be thrown into the frontlines.

I'm also not shocked at all when I find that there's a jump from from 6% to 48% of American Republicans thinking that they're paying too much for the war in Ukraine and considered like quitting. People who have watched the last war in the Viet Nam and the Middle East knows to well how the West is not in the game of endurance.

Viet Cong and the Taliban winning wars spanning decades after getting pummelled non stop should be a warning to countries that depended its continued fighting from the good will of donations. Long war is not in your interest.

If anything a hybrid low-high intensity conflict could be used by Russia the way the Taliban and Viet Cong scrape U.S will to go to war through the years. But unlike the Taliban and Viet Cong. Russia's war in Ukraine has the backing of advanced industrial country and possibly a safe heaven more safe than Pakistan will ever be to the Taliban or North Viet Nam will be to the Viet Cong.

Sometimes its endurance...not brilliance that win wars.
