Australia is selling Ukraine 50 additional RWS (automated, vehicle mounted weapons). They will come with spare parts and ammunition, in a deal worth $41 million USD.

RWS is a powerful weapon that can be mounted on APCs and HMMWVs and chews uo infantry and light armored vehicles.

This is the second purchase of RWS systems from Australian company EOS. A first batch of 100 systems was announced in early April. In total, EOS will deliver 150 of the systems during 2023 and 2024 and the total value of the two contracts is $121 million USD.
