Combined strike of the Ukrainian army on Sevastopol on September 13. On the night of September 13, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a large-scale missile attack on a ship repair plant in Sevastopol using cruise missiles and naval drones. The thirteenth ship repair plant in the Kilen-balka area was hit. There was also a hit at Sevmorzavod, a shipbuilding enterprise on the ship side of Sevastopol. Explosions were also heard in the Inkerman area, where ships and submarines of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are based. To strike Sevastopol, 10 cruise missiles and three naval drones were used. At the time of the attack, the shipyard was home to a large landing ship and a KILO-class submarine. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that two ships under repair were damaged. It is also reported that 7 out of 10 Ukrainian cruise missiles were shot down and 3 naval drones were destroyed. As a result of the strike, according to preliminary information, a total of 24 people were injured, 4 were in moderate condition.

Germany 🇩🇪 has announced a new package of deliveries to Ukraine. Germany provides a weekly update of items delivered and highlights new items delivered.

- 20 Marder IFV plus ammo
- 3000 rounds 155mm ammo
- 2 Wisent 1 mine clearing tanks
- Material for explosive ordnance disposal
- 1 Satcom surveillance system
- 20 RQ-35 Heidrun recon drones
- 2 mobile antenna mast systems
- 10 drone detection systems
- 1 HX 81 8x8 tractor and 4 semi-trailers
- 9 vehicles (trucks, minibuses, ATVs)
- 5 load-handling trucks 8x8
- 3 ambulance vehicles
- 1.5 million rounds of small arms ammo

Note: Ukraine now has 60 Marder IFVs (of the 140 on their way) in their inventory. Continued influx of infantry fighting vehicles is vitally important, as Ukrainian BMP-1/2, Bradley M2 ODS and CV9040 face inevitable attrition during offensive actions.

I would like to see another 50'ish American Bradleys donated in the future, to replace losses as they happen.

"Visual confirmation now indicates that the Rapuchaya Minsk-class landing ship has been destroyed rather than simply damaged."

Port of Sevastopol attacked by Storm Shadow

To the shipyard named after. 10 cruise missiles arrived at once to S. Ordzhonikidze. The Russians could have shot down some of them.

The Ukrainian military used British Storm Shadow cruise missiles in a large-scale attack on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in occupied Sevastopol. This was reported by the Sky News channel, citing sources on Wednesday, September 13.

As you know, explosions were heard in Sevastopol tonight. Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced an attack by 10 cruise missiles on the ship repair plant named after. S. Ordzhonikidze, who damaged two ships.

In turn, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense stated that a large landing ship and a Russian submarine were hit in Sevastopol. And Russian Telegram channels claim that we are talking about the ship Minsk and the submarine Rostov-on-Don.

Ukraine struck a ship repair yard in Sevastopol this morning with cruise missiles. Both Russian and Ukrainian sources are confirming the damage / destruction of a Russian Kilo class submarine, as well as a Ropucha class landing ship. More details to follow as the fires burn on at the facility.

Please note, British & French missiles were Not used on ruZZian territory, they were used on ruZZian military equipment illegally parked on Ukrainian territory.

Some 270,000 people signed contracts with armed forces in past 6-7 months — Putin

The Russian leader underscored that "1,000 to 1,500 people come to sign a contract with the Russian armed forces every day"

VLADIVOSTOK, September 12. /TASS/. In the past six to seven months, 270,000 people signed voluntary service contracts with the Russian Armed Forces, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) plenary session.
"As you know, we carried out a partial mobilization, we drafted 300,000 people. Now, in the past 6 to 7 months, 270,000 people voluntarily signed contracts for service in the armed forces and volunteer units," the president said.
He underscored that "1,000 to 1,500 people come to sign a contract with the Russian armed forces every day."
Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization on September 21 last year. On October 28, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu reported that the partial mobilization in Russia was complete. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted that a required number of people were drafted during the partial mobilization. In August, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev presented Defense Ministry data saying that over 231,000 people were admitted to voluntary military service since January 1.

The 8th Eastern Economic Forum takes place in Vladivostok on September 10-13. Its motto is "On the way to cooperation, peace and prosperity." It is organized by the Roscongress Foundation; TASS is the general information partner of the event.

That's -1 Kalibr launchers for Russian. Rostov na Don is one of the most active Kalibr launching platform of the war.

Russia Overcomes Sanctions to Expand Missile Production, Officials Say

Moscow’s missile production now exceeds prewar levels, officials say, leaving Ukraine especially vulnerable this coming winter.

Before the war, one senior Western defense official said, Russia could make 100 tanks a year; now they are producing 200.
Western officials also believe Russia is on track to manufacture two million artillery shells a year — double the amount Western intelligence services had initially estimated Russia could manufacture before the war.

As a result of the push, Russia is now producing more ammunition than the United States and Europe. Overall, Kusti Salm, a senior Estonian defense ministry official, estimated that Russia’s current ammunition production is seven times greater than that of the West.

Russia’s production costs are also far lower than the West’s, in part because Moscow is sacrificing safety and quality in its effort to build weapons more cheaply, Mr. Salm said. For instance, it costs a Western country $5,000 to $6,000 to make a 155-millimeter artillery round, whereas it costs Russia about $600 to produce a comparable 152-millimeter artillery shell, he said.

Let's see how much NorKo could add to that number. Also, I love how they try to belittle Russian munition quality to make up for their deficiency in munitions production.😂😂

The West definitely pays much more for our military equipment than Russia does, but Western equipment generally out performs comparable Russian equipment. For example, Russian artillery has been getting eviscerated in Southern Ukraine, because the Russians have inferior counter battery radar and because in PRACTICE (don't believe the capabilites the Russians claim their equipment has) Western 155mm far outranges most Russian 152mm and is far more accurate. As a result, Russia has to fire a FAR greater number of artillery rounds to achieve the same effect as the modern Western systems Ukraine is using.

Its true (and I acknowledge this) that Western military products generally have the advantage over their Russian analog, but the wording NYT chooses is nothing but sore ass. Using the word sacrificing safety and quality while I bet NYT has no data to back up their claim about Russia's ammo industry practice.

Also from that NYT post we know that Russia (surprisingly) produced 7 times the amount of ammo built combined US+Europe, thank god I don't buy your claims earlier about relations between GDP and the ability of a country to sustain war. From that NYT post we know that Russia's small GDP doesn't translate to small industry.

Ukraine already blew off 70k+ amount of ukrainians in this counteroffensive like it was nothing to the point Ukraine started an arguement with NATO that planned out the offensive along with pushing alot of new mobilization mandates of throwing students, women into the battleifield and requesting extradition from other countries because they need bodies compared to 270 russians signining either volunteer or miliary contracts with the war going on and the early 300k reserves are still outside Ukraine training. I hate to say it but despite Ukraine basically being in the top 5 armies in the world with so much NATO equipment, NATO training and NATO planning they are still considered an appetizer and Poland is probably going to be the main dish next since it seems they have better equipment to work with.

A pro-ukraine user showcases 2-3 posts on a good day showing destroyed russian military equipment while Russia on an average day showcases 25-30 destroyed, in fact it pissed off so many users here that moderation was begged to 3 tweets a day. I dont see anything that outranges the koalition-SV using krasnopol-D and they have started recently putting these howitzers which 155mm howitzers are you talking about with what ammunition?

A little bit more on the Scalpel

Russia has created a cheap analogue of the Lancet drone.

The kamikaze drone "Scalpel" from the Russian design bureau "Vostok" will have a payload compartment with a diameter of 125 mm and a length of 650 mm.

This will allow it to be equipped with different warheads with a total weight of up to 5 kg.

The drone has a maximum take-off weight of up to 10.5 kg, a cruising speed of up to 120 km and a flight range of up to 40 km. Launched from a catapult.

Compared to the Lancet, it has 2 kg more payload and a 10 km/h higher cruising speed.

As for the time the Scalpel was deployed, it has not been disclosed, as has the cost, as well as what it is made of.

I keep on hearing about how Russia has run of guns and missiles for the past 2 years.

Honestly this shits paints such a false hope.

Ukrainians gotta tell Western Media to shut the fck up at times.

Inflation has been rampant in Russia, despite every effort to sell off foreign currency in an attempt to manipulate and stabilize their currency. They're gutting their treasury to fund this war, with a currency that has similar value to that of monopoly money.

Wait and see. This war will not end well economically for Russia. The people of Russia will pay for it with even lesser standard of living than they already have.

It'll be glorious the watch the miserable people of Russia suffer economically. Especially as the their ultra corrupt overlords maintain their fortunes by the sucking the country dry. Maybe we'll see the 20% of inhabitants without indoor plumbing rise to 30% 🤣🤣
