Bulgarian military website is talking shit again.

Australia's surplus abrams tanks wont be sent due to USA approval. Usa has to approve. Ukrainians need to be trained to use a western tank along with spares and maintence which will take months.

So much surplus Hk G3s and Fn Fals.

Send them to Ukraine. I think they would do pretty well in medium to long range engagments. Biggest drawback would be urban combat as battle rifles are not good for urban or cqb type situations.

Instead of putting these weapons in storage which costs money send them as aid.

Any type of aid helps ukraine.
Ex-GDR MPi KMS-72 would be a nice addition too. I think intermediate rounds are better than full power ones. G-3 has a very powerful recoil. Maybe good for DMR purpose but not for spraying fire.

This conflict has absolutely no winner.

Although the Russians have failed miserably, they've still managed to hold on Crimea and the Donbas.
Ukraine should've reacted the way it's doing now then. Instead, Russians just marched in with no resistance.
Had the Ukrainians fought back in 2014, it would've been a different story.

Now, Ukraine lost so many lives, got ruined infrastructure, completely demolished cities, and the scar of the invasion will never heal.
Russia, no matter what happens next, was exposed, humiliated, isolated, crippled economically and diplomatically, and is the common enemy for almost two thirds of the world.

No winner.
at least, the world specially russians neighbouring countries now knew, that russian army just f*****g looter n jerk they can prepare antidots for russia just like ukranian did.

Ukraine had less than 7,000 combat-ready troops in 2014. Few thought Ukraine had enemies who posed a threat, and back then the Russian advance in Donbas (onto Mariupol actually) was literally stopped with the help of militias funded by oligarchs. Almost everything you're seeing now is the reformed post-2014 army.

USA sending $100 million (USD) more worth of Javelin missiles to Ukraine. We don't know the details about how many Javelin launchers vs replacement missiles, are in the package.

Assuming a mix of both launchers, which cost around $240,000 and replacement missiles, which cost about $78,000, it's likely that they are sending between 1000-1500 combined. It's not a cheap weapon system.

It will be curious to see how fast Raytheon can rebuild the U.S. stockpiles both launchers and missiles.

But they have excellent price performance ratio compared to other ATGM around the world. Each Missiles can obliterated any armored vehicles in Russian army inventory

I wish we can fast forward into the Bunker and hanging scene for both of them, as we know Putin greatly loves his bunker home....
