The ship's ammunition was detonated accidentally, the crew was evacuated. Possibly means the ship is truly sinking or had already sunk.

The Neptune's must be flying low enough to struck the magazines buried deep inside the hull (blue). Most likely the S-300F magazine in the middle. Another possible option is that it struck the P-1000 Vulkan launcher in both port and starboard but that won't cause any water leak like the Russians reported

I think they have had a decent intelligent report on capabilities of the ship beforehand (from US and NATO sources, note TR also keeps an eye on the Black Sea via SIGINT / ELINT instruments and MPAs to search for the mines recently).

2 TB2s in the air have acquired position of the vessel, tracked it, saw the pattern and heading.

Missiles are directed right on the sweet weak spots you have marked, the ship is huge had nothing but merely CIWS to respond. Likely she was cruising in slow speed or still at water. No maneuvarability since the engines were not ready to heat up and provide excess amount of power and the ship is literally huge to conduct such a maneuver.

What is more strange;
She was equipped with S300 missile systens and search radars, wasn't able to detect TB2s
Or, since she lacks an integrated instruments and CMS she couldn't multi-task on detecting & tracking and reacting to the missiles while holding a track on the TB2s and trying to jam or engage on them (which seems like they have failed to do)
But definitely her crew was lacking battle readiness, or readiness in overall.
Now they are trying to collect survivors with tugboats, again Russian Navy as its best.

+ Possibly the engagement took place during crew shift rotation. Assuming they should have held a redundant and risk-free rotation between the shifts but we are talking about Russians afterall.

well, when you have 1000 kg warhead missile with only launcher tube protecting it, indonesian only says "lambaikan tangan" when AShM hit the ship.

Meanwhile, the incident took place in a weather making SAR nearly impossible.

Don't be fooled by WW3 wave model that gives small wave height close to the shores (which some sources share in social media), this model is incapable of modelling close to the shore areas, an example of difference between SWAN and WW3 wave models on Black Sea coast of Turkey:

So don't expect accurate readings from WW3 model for the spot between Romanian coast to Crimean peninsula, that area is possibly doomed.
Any location in northern Black Sea is stormy right now.

Tb2 was used as a decoy while the neptune missiles striked.

Showing us once again how drones can be used as decoys.

Now a ship got distracted and then blown up by a missile.

Pretty scary how drones can be used this way.

They already lost a ship bearing the name of their Capital City Moskva, that's morale sinking moment is comparable to the demise of HMS Prince of Wales, Yamato or Bismarck moment.

That's kinda suck when thinking they are loosing this one against a country which had no single warships available and their only Frigate already being scuttled, talking about incompetent and Russian way to screwed up everything.

Then they are talking about to conventionally deter upper rank Naval countries like Japan 🤣🤣

+ Loosing a ship equipped with 6 AK-630 CIWS

against;
To a missile quite similar to their own Kh-35 possibly in seeker as well,
To a missile that has not completed its development phase,
To a missile that hasn't been through a serial production phase,
To a missile that was possibly completed via hard efforts in bunkers and not in the factory's production line, after the broke out thus lacking the decent quality inspection.

Hope Indonesia keep proceed to acquire Neptune after the war is over this sharing development burden all over again including possible share production as we know Ukraine Defense industry already being pounded to the zero, and Indonesia already in progress to build production line for local Made AShM

But Comrades we can hit Istanbul now , we srtonk. Looking forward to eat some nice Black Sea fish .

Me remember after some aircraft crashes in Indonesian water, a woman found severed human finger on the fish she bought in the market near the cityport where the aircraft crashes

The cruiser "Moskva" was built at a shipyard in the Ukrainian city of Nikolaev, during Soviet times

In Ukrainian literature, in the book "Taras Bulba" there is a famous phrase:
"I gave birth to you and I will kill you."
This was said by the father to the son who betrayed him
