Do not know if it is to early as you do not have formal recognition but once you have it, i would slowly build ad network around turkish based systems in cooperation with pakistan, i would not choose iranian and chinese options for sure due all relations considered.
In overall i would relly on Pakistan weapon systems, you do not have better friend then them and when you stand on your feet fully that mini pak/af block will bring some new security balance in region.
Altough i would not think about it now at all, prioority should be sustainable administration and country economy along some 5 years plan for normalisation and developement of civilian life, that will be your biggest challenge to transit people mindsets from wartime mentality towards peacfull one.
