starstreak is a kinetic kill system, not like other manpads which is either shaped charge or fragmentation explosion, had 3 tungsten penetrator dart filled with 450g of PBX explosive as it's explosive filler.
what i mean APFSDS tungsten penetrator is like the one on cannon fired munition .

yang di operasikan secara manual mungkin iya, kalau yang berbasis kaya di VAMTAC nya arhanud kemungkinan optik nya ada sistem kunci bidik target.

Tungsten is element (unsur) tho. Its not like steel that made through binding of atoms of different elements. Ya, maybe when its extracted, the tungsten are still binded with other elements like nickel, so it needs to be purified to get pure tungsten. That process of purification that maybe need more investment, for production means invesments to the tool of productions for investment means modal.
