I just think about how we can gain money from our old m-60's and Leopard 1 and also M-113/acv-15 gzpt series. Just because they are have huge numbers, and for a replace hims we need more money just because prices of tanks and ifv's highly increased.

ct-cv_weapon_system_armoured_vehicle_turret_105_120_mm_gun_cmi_Defence_cockerill_Belgium_Belgian_640_000.jpg

Behalf of adding extra weight theirs already heavy turrets, why not we are change his turrets with unmanned turret ? Already turret weight of m-60's around 13-16 tonnes and Leopard 1's of 10-13 tonnes. Weight of 105mm unmanned turret is aroun 4-5 tonnes.

So we can gain 10 tonnes weight , and thats a very huge gain. For example leopard 2a4 and 2a6 weight diffrence is 5 tonnes. and m-60a3 and sabra diffrence is 8 tonnes and in the sabra project cannon, engine and most of things changed. Additional armour weight is big probaply 5 tonnes around.

So I mean we just use him cannon him slim and light unmanned turret, or just we can take him from cockreill. Also we can relocate his new 3 crew to front of tank and armoring the front with this new 10 tonnes weight gain. And of course we can change his sights with cheap sights and aselsan yamgöz, lwr and pulat.

And in the and we can make a 55 km/h class M-60 and 65 km/h class leopard 1 with unmanned turreted version of his 105 mm gun who can capable 530 mm penetrate capability from 4 km and thats mean he can penetrate all tanks from sides and back and most of tanks from front without top tier tanks. Also we can make a 105 mm version of top attack capable tanok for againts top tier tanks. Also this tank can resist 120mm tank guns and missile thanks for that to his active protection system and new front armour concept (with help of 10-15 tonnes weight gain)

Also we can convert our m-113's and acv-15's to our new cheap modded ifv and make a team and cheap concept with tank who I stated upwards.

İt could be vey cheap alternative tank-ifv solution for poor african, muslim, asian and sout american countries who have a enemies not have 3 th gen tank inventory.

We can use a monwy who we gain from this to renew&and sell project to replace our inventory with Altay and Modern İfv's.

The Tulpar armored combat vehicle developed by the Turkish defense industry is now ready for mass production.
Serdar Görgüç, the General Manager of Otokar, a Turkish defense company and automotive manufacturer, said that Tulpar had been developed in line with the new requirements of infantry and commando units serving in the field.
“From the Pacific to the Atlantic and South America, the operating time of these types of vehicles has almost expired. The Tulpar can meet the needs of all these countries in terms of technology, skills and cost. The test performance of the vehicles, which were developed to meet the needs of different countries in global markets, as well as feedback from potential users has been quite satisfactory,” Görgüç said.
Görgüç also noted that the vehicle had been designed by considering the capabilities and features equivalent to armored combat vehicles that are taking place in similar vehicle programs – especially in NATO countries.
The developers also hope the Tulpar will function as a multi-purpose and modular vehicle to fill the requirements to have a single platform for various types of operation.

The vehicle has several configurations, including light tank, armored personnel carrier, armored combat vehicle, reconnaissance, command control, air defense, mortar and ambulance.
The Tulpar takes its name from the legendary winged horse that protected warriors in the famous Turkish epic, Manas.

Tank crew couldn't stand on foots if you removed turret. There wouldnt been enough room for them.

My attitude on upgrades of old ZMA is suspicious. Some of them for instance 20% could be upgraded but entire vehicles shouldnt be upgraded. Because we need amphibious IFVs. They had better produce new high end Of s such as Tulpar and Kaplan 20.

We also need some amphibious tanks.

Why don't we start considering medium cal ammunitions for ifv? A lot of army use 90mm guns on their İFVs. 90mm fills the gap , decrease work load of MBTs.
For instance amphibious tank

Personally I prefer IFV/APC variants to be ATGM carrier and/or anti-personnel turret....but likely its from the opponents force composition most relevant to me.

Heavy "in-between" role like 90mm (which can fire of course both anti-personnel round and also handle anti-tank rounds) kind of loses optimisation imo, but maybe it depends on the likeliest opponents you will face.

90 mm tend to be limited to low or mid pressure (so you get HEAT support at most)...I believe only 105mm and more you get HP and thus modern KE round ability...at which point you got to look at the chassis/armor/stability of the platform too given sizeable gun (and what you lose out in other roles of the IFV by increasing these) and once you sort that out then you got to analyse what it provides as advantage w.r.t a light tank since the overlap starts to become significant.

To me ATGM you get it addressed more reasonably (at less trade off to system)...as a large gun also has only a certain firing rate too that you are forced to stick to in an engagement compared to ATGM launcher which you can design separate modules or other ways to get different options of firing solutions in the initial critical moments of engagement (especially if the target it up the ladder of armour+firepower).

Bro fair point however sometimes you should destroy some building and cheap targets. Low pressure 90mm would decrease work load of your MBT. You can't always keep shelling from tanks with 105mm cal.

120mm direct fire mortars on wheeled amphibious vehicles always tempt me.

Also we need some cheap rockets without guidance like jordan jabraa.

For instance OMTAS without guidance would but add on every Cobra vehicles.

We've seen the Korkut being used against ground targets in recent exercise footage... which gives me an idea. If we want an unmanned vehicle which could absolutely shred infantry and lightly armored vehicles then we could use a modified Korkut or its turret on another platform (maybe slim it down a little).

It would be the Turkish equivalent of a BMPT Terminator. The 35mm Oerlikon twin cannon on it can fire HE/HEI/SAPHEI, which are all very useful against a variety of ground targets. In my opinion if we want an unmanned system which packs a massive amount of fire power, this is a better option than the ACV-15/19

because RoF??

imo, you should do something like a 50mm Autocannons like the US is pursuing.

50mm could penetrate concrete wall but it can't blow a whole building as 90mm HE warhead does. Against stationary targets such as buildings you need big caliber with bigger warhead which 90 low pressure gun fulfits the gap.

Moreover you could use laser guided falarick 90mm with those gun.

Indeed looks amazing.
The most important feature of new 50x330 “Supershot” ammunition is that it uses 35mm Oerlikon cartridge. So if you producing 35 mm you can easily produce 50 mm in the same production line and your 35 mm guns can use that with barrel exchange (may be with little more than barrel exchange).
