It kinda looks like the F-22 Raptor , but the nose is bigger , maybe a more potent AESA radar , btw is it locally developed ? i mean the radar
BÜRFIS is based on Turkish technologies and expertise gained through series of AESA developments on land, sea and air, the most important experience being that from MURAD.

so it is locally developed , because i've heard that MURAD is used within the F-16 and the Akinci , any specs ?

So many false engine run claims lately. "Seeing is believing" is my new motto now.
Well in their defense, Temel Kotil's interview was all over the place. He was implying that they were prepping the aircraft. They just misunderstood the guy.
