The assembly of the MMU's engine was completed in 2 hours.
It is said that this is due to the impeccable workmanship.
Assembly was normally expected to take 2 days.
Let's definitely forget the TurAF technicians who can dismount and mount engines of F-16, with 40 years old tools, -exaggarating- blindfoldedly. They have enabled both TAI and Baykar to understand how and engine is installed, mounted, integrated. Anonymous heroes of Turkish aviation industry.

Note: Both TAI and Baykar engineers and technicians had enough of pastirma/etli ekmek during last years.

The best thing about these projects is the BRIGHT FUTURE 😎 When we finish these projects all those experience and high self-esteem for the young but gifted engineers will take us to the stars 6th gen 7th gen extraordinary things space projects etc. . Limit will be the sky and political support to be honest. There's always a threat waiting in the shadows unfortunately so as overall Turkish citizens this will be our own exam to keep them going without any attempt to ruin everything. We know to taste of betrayal very well and I hate it please protect the achievements and valuable young talents behind them. Don't let the traitors feed us with it again. I'm more than happy but also frightening unfortunately.

With my apologies

Temel Kotil: "Turkish Airlines planes do dogfight with Greek planes". :ROFLMAO:
Temel Kotil comes from Turkish Airlines background.
A significant number of Turkish pilots at Turkish airlines are former air force pilots. Even, the old wolves are usually in cargo operations. Yes, a slip tongue, but ironically a true proposition, if you give them any fighter jet...

Exactly, TF-X is the start not the end.

5. Generation MMUs in the sky equipped with ~ 2000 GaN AESA Radars and Gökhan Ramjet BVR missiles flying with twin-engine KizilElmas equipped with BVR missiles/AESA radar/EOTS and also Anka-3s for Deep-Strike missions, equipped with Som-C/J/Çakır in same wing formation. Some carries JEMSAH supersonic drone imitating the other aircrafts in enemy radars. They are all performing operations in the same national network with each other and approach to the enemy lines and the tactics of Strike/Escape, DEAD/SEAD are planned under the guidance of AI and Deep Learning algorithms and all are controlled by TFX.

Imagine KizilElma-C is sent to the frontlines of the airspace in semi-autonomous modes and when she track a target, their central computers create engagement/escape tactics and they also transmit all target informations to big-brother TFX MMU simultaneously. Having a similar ASELSAN 3. Gen EOTS technology on all combat aircrafts provides a tremendous capability increase in the enemy airspace in terms of passive detection of targets and creation of the air picture. The Stealth aircrafts covered with 2/3 layers of Aselsan RAM paint and active/passive AESA/EOTS/IRST combination are the backbone of principle of "seeing enemy without being detected".

Without development of platforms like Hürjet/TFX, Turkish pilots have flown thousands of hours in simulators in different scenarios and installed the war scenarios to the AI assisted, deep learning computers of these aircrafts. As a result of these studies, These semi autonomous aircrafts to be joined into a real hot conflict in the region will result it in a short period of time. Together with manned and unmanned aircraft concept against an enemy, History books will write defeats of nations that cant adopt this new type of air war concept but try to make bully with conventional systems. It is a great happiness for me that my country maintains its technological development as one of the leading country in this field.

The edited images should have captions that indicates this little detail. Otherwise, people that are not familiar with the progress of the aircraft might take them for real. This is also important for archive purposes.

That's crazy. Hopefully they're not doing it for politics.
Aceleye gerek yok, düzgün yapılsın yeter
I agree, but mate there are Factors -> all people involved in project -> Turks which are Motivated -> those people which make the most strategic project become REAL/TRUE. We are in GOLDEN STAGE (WARP SPEED). You can call it what ever you like but those people making things faster not because Politicians or Managers Want to.

So lets be grateful and happy this kind of moments Show Once again -> If Turks WORK all together HARD and MAKE SACRIFICES ARE MADE. The DREAM CAN BECAME REAL.

I think if we name the TF-X some variation of "eagle" or another bird of prey, it will be a nice bookend to the XF-2X "family" of western-philosophy 4.5-5th Gen fighters: "Young Hawk" (Boramae), "Raptor", "Eagle" (Kartal).
looks like Kf21will have gun , any news if TFX will have one ? I dont see any place to mount any gun at this tfx prototype .

I have a bit the feeling that all first flights are pushed this hard to be used as elections material, hope everything will go without accidents.

On the other hand I am proud like a gorilla
Europe has yet to start:
- Eurodrone
- FCAS
- Tempest

I think we Turks experience luxury sickness right now
Mate There are SAYING which is also DAMN TRUE. "No adventure NO Gain"

There are Always RISK of Failure,But -> when you are skilled and experienced and you worked hard and increased the potential.

Next STEP is to believe on self and Push Forward

Great news that TFX will fly at end of 2023 but the problem is its engines .
With this speed TFX can enter full production at early 2025 with f16 engines .
But will US sell its engines for mass produced TFX ? thats the question .
2025-2028 Turkey can produce some 50 TFX ( with f16 engines ) than 250 TFX with National more powerful engines between 2028- 2036 .

"But will US sell its engines for mass produced TFX?" They WILL NOT.
I said that not because I say so but because of FACTS.
usa applied embargoes against Turkiye.
There are official state documents, which are voted and signed by usa ex president Trump.
This documents are Active and all usa military companies are enforced to obey.
When question is big quantity of parts or products then there will be definitely NO GO.

Thinking out of the box, how hard will it be for TEI to reverse engineer the F110? The engine is by now 40+ year old in design, I do not think it still has property rights anymore.

Either the US sell them, or reverse engineer it. For a limited number it is probably better to buy, but if needed....

I bet TEI can already make a better engine today. We just need to see the TF6000 engine flying to be sure.

In the worst scenario, can we cannibalize our F16 fighter's engines? Just asking for asking because I trust TEI 💯%.

It is being dismantled in factory level maintenance. In other words, if the engines of the passenger planes are disassembled, maintained and reassembled, the F110 engines are also subjected to this process at a certain maintenance level.

After all, they're all turbofan jet aircraft engines. they work with the same logic, the same technology and similar parts.

The factory level maintenance of the F 110 aircraft is being done in our country.
