Mass production deliveries of the HİSAR-O+ Medium Altitude Air Defense Missile System, the prototypes of which were previously delivered to the Turkish Armed Forces, will be realized as of 2024.

HİSAR-O+ which developed with national resources , has IIR and RF guided missile options. The system has a range of 25 to 35 kilometers and altitude envelopes of 15-20 kilometers.

What mean by 'realization' in 2024?
it will finish the productiom?
Hisar O has since 3 years that start mass production but i cant find how many systems have been produced.

You can read that as "mass production models will begin deliveries from 2024 onwards"

Previous deliveries may be low rate production which "realized" for urgent need.

Bad translation, what @Sanchez says is closer to what was meant in the post. Prototypes were delivered before, now mass produced Hisar-O will be delivered in 2024.

This is great news. If it pans out, we'll be the 6th or 7th country capable of producing C-RAM solutions.

AURA and SERHAT-DUAL will be important assets for our C-RAM/UAS defense as they provide dual capabilities. AURA will be a next step as the AESA radar among the two while SERHAT-DUAL was an easier one to achieve.

HİSAR-O can reach a maximum speed of Mach 3.5 wheras HİSAR-A reaches Mach 2.7. I think this eliminates any past nonsense about "HİSAR-A being subsonic"
