According to TEI brochure the TS-1400 provides 8.54 shp per kg. 1400/8.54=163kg weight for the TS-1400. 163kg*$6000=$978000

Compared to the MTR-390 engine on the Tiger attack helicopter, the TS1400 would weigh just 2.27kg more if it provided as much power as the MTR-390 (1465shp). For a first time engine in this class, it outperforms most of its competitors. MTR-390 8.66hp/kg vs TS1400 8.54hp/kg

The numbers given for the engine weight should get clarified. Is it the whole package or are there some parts left out? The definite number can be given when the engine gets certified. We should be delighted with the indicative numbers nonetheless.

Great job.They achieved to produce aviation engine which is amazing however conventional diesel for tanks still remains problem. Unbelievable.

  • T-129Atak
  • T629 attack helicopter
  • T-625 utility helicopters
  • Hürkuş (turboprop variant) If It is requested)
The platforms that TEI-TS3000 turboshaft is going to be integrated:
  • 10ton utility helicopter
  • Atak-2 attack helicopters
The domestic aircraft programs that TEI will supply gas turbine engines in future:
  • Unmanned fighter aircraft: 8000-10000lbf class turbofan
  • HürJet light fighter aircraft: 17000-20000lbf class turbofan
  • TF-X 5th generation fighter aircraft: 30000lbf class turbofan
The known turbojet propulsions that TEI and KALEAero is going to supply own solution for domestic cruise missile programs:
  • TEI-TJ300 turbojet for MRAShM naval missiles
  • TEI-TJ400 for advanced variant of same missiles (?)
  • KTJ-3200 turbojet for Atmaca and SOM cruise missiles
  • New more powerful KTJ turbojet program (development was commenced) for Gezgin land attack long range cruise missiles
