Taiwan have been upgrading their F-16A/B Block 20 to V-standard.

While our F-16A/B Block 15 (10 of them) are undergoing MLU, extending their service lives to 8000 hours from 4000 hours, plus updating the type’s avionics and radar.

Wonder if our F-16C/D Block 25 (23 of them) can be upgraded to V-standard. Or does it have to be Block-40?

Some interesting overlapping timeline here.

F-16C/D Block 25 first flight was in 1984.
F-16A/B Block 20 was in the 90's. It's even added some F-16C/D block 50/52 capabilities.

Info about KFX prototype radar I found from some forum.
Its TRM output would be 41 dBm(≈ 12.58 W) and its scan angle is ±70°.
Also, its aperture size is 800 mm.

This still does not answer my question
It said "subsidiary of Steinberg protocol" ? What is that? Who or what is Steinberg? Why is the name sounds German/Juwiz?

No need to be panic LOL......It is just an assessment from a consulting company and I dont see something new about this assesment, pretty much what it said is that the budget allocation is just 1.6 billion USD and with pressing economic condition we are currently experiencing, so it will be likely about 12 planes we are going to acquire until Jokowi second administration ended.

Any way the pressing need for Air Force is to acquire fighter planes to fill F 5 squadron that have long been grounded and Bappenas/Ministry of Finance in principle has been agree on SU 35 budget some years ago, and since SU 35 deal is likely being scrapped due to CATSA, so the contender now is F 16V, F 15 EX and Rafale.

I have made this kind of asessment in PDF and other forum long before this one. Pretty much it is the most logic one.
