I can make out Siper AND Siper RF. So just like with Hisar-O we will see two versions of Siper.

I couldn't differ whether it is RF or ÇF , ÇF could mean çok fonksiyonlu etc. Anyone with sharp eyes needed to read those

That looks like a seeker for Anti Balistic Missile? There are holes on sides which could be for exosphere maneuvers.
