I don't have the exact number cause GDP shrank in Kazakhstan last year and Xinjiang grew, they are about the same. as I menitioned, I m talking about the overall development in the first place, and XInjiang is far ahead of Kazakhstan in this regard.

Oh, of course China must compare itself to India to figure out why the 100,000 Chinese refugees continue to live in India. It is 2100. Far behind China. So you are right in pointing out that the Chinese refugees fleeing China are persecuted, not economic refugees.
