Your views are bigoted and insulting. Kashmir is coming one way or another.

As for the whole we are Hindus and have so much more right then I guess the claims of Greek Christians, Italian Christians over Greece and Italy should be ignored as they don’t worship Zeus anymore.
I don’t care about Europe, my Bharat was united as one where Hindus lived until Islamic invaders came and mass converted doing demographic changes to my nation due to which there happened a partition, won’t let another partition happen. And you have no basis for claiming Kashmir.

You say his views are bigoted and insulting then follow that up with "Kashmir is coming one way or another". Did you not notice the Irony in that sentence when you were typing it?

They lost their legitimacy to ask for a separate state the second they decided to forcefully remove the Kashmiri Pundits from the valley. Any requests there after are null and void.

So are the Muslims their lineage hasn’t changed.

Their lineage never changed but their mentality did after forced conversions.

Many converted out of their will. This whole the entire population was forcibly converted is total rubbish.

I don't see an end to a theological debate. Whether ethnic Kashmiris converted to Islam out of free will or were forced to do so can be debated till the cows come home.

Do ALL ethnic Kashmiris have a right to it? This includes Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs? Of course.

Theological debates carry too much historical baggage to afford objectivity. That's why it is better to look at it from a legal perspective solely. And when you keep all religion, hatred, bigotry and history aside - according to the law, Kashmir acceded to the Dominion of India.

lol, since you brought up the wiki leaks report. I suggest you do the hard work of finding that wiki leaks report. Unless the report has anything specific with undeniable evidence. I would consider the whole thing BS.
My friend, I am not the moral police. I gave a credible link. If you have made up your mind beforehand, there isn't much I can do.

I have enough Kashmiri Muslim friends who have given me first hand info. I have Kashmiri Pandit friends who have also given me first hand info. There is enough data and information available from 3rd parties.

Whole J&K including PoK, and Aksai Chin is part of India, won’t let another partition happen.

I agree. Although Aksai Chin is a completely different story. It's up the alley of the history encyclopedia @Joe Shearer . From what I understand, it was never under anyone's control but just marked by both British India and China as part of their respective countries. China just occupied it in 1962. I am unsure if there was an actual fight / battle in that region.

Apologies, but you gave a link with very little credibility. Unproven claims of torture, disappearance has always been the perfect excuse to interfere in somebody else's internal matter. Not to mention it is also the perfect excuse to gain sympathy. Commit the crime of ethnic cleansing, then cry victimhood. I am not saying nothing has happened in the last 30 years, but they are largely exaggerated.

Everyone will stick to their narrative. I suspect @Waz maybe of Kashmiri heritage from the PoK side. Can't begrudge him his thoughts and ideas.

Don't think it is about narratives here. It's about right & wrong when one is crying from roof top of human rights.

Pity that people forget to see in their closet !!!!!!

No one in PoK is Kashmiri, first of all Pakistan calls Pakistan occupied Jaamu as Azad Kashmir, Pakistan occupied Kashmir is a very small patch of land around and including Muzaffaraba, rest is Pakistan occupied Gilgit Baltistan.

So they don't speak Kashmiri? I didn't know. I do realize that they have a very small part of Kashmir but didn't know about the language.

Pakistan themselves have no history of their own. They were part of india till 47 so how can we say that they have a historical claim to kashmir.
I am going to ask nicely to lay of calling Pakistan 'rogue' in this section. I am some very choice words for India and I think you would be more then tickled if I used them.

Some history lesson for you. Pakistan was not part of India because it only came into existence on 15th August 1947. Pakistan, India and Burma were part of the British Raj which was a British entity, ruled by them, made by them and flying the British flag.

If ever i need a certificate in human rights violation, US won;t be even considered to be in the list ....
Now Guardian isn't a reliable source?
