I am going to ask nicely to lay of calling Pakistan 'rogue' in this section. I am some very choice words for India and I think you would be more then tickled if I used them.

Some history lesson for you. Pakistan was not part of India because it only came into existence on 15th August 1947. Pakistan, India and Burma were part of the British Raj which was a British entity, ruled by them, made by them and flying the British flag.
You haven't ever shied away from using them anyway.

you are threatening me ???

I am hoping you will know that "Choice words" not patented by anyone and are free to use. Only diff would be that i will justify my words too with proofs & evidence. For sure, it will be authentic and not some propaganda developed by a 4th grade clerk of ISI.

A rogue nation needs to called "Rogue".

History lesson for you start with this map of early 19th century. tell me where is current rogue state Pakistan. No where!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On bottom Left -
> Balochistan. Currenty occupied by Punjabi pakistani's & is fighting for the independence. Same is the case with Sindh who identified them more as indian than pakistani's.
> On top Your Khyber pashtunkhwa is a hot bed of Afghanistani militants . Again rules by local tribals.
> Gilgit balistan - Again a hotbed of militancy and tribals & want to merge with india.

Which leaves us with Punjab. A

I don’t care about Europe, my Bharat was united as one where Hindus lived until Islamic invaders came and mass converted doing demographic changes to my nation due to which there happened a partition, won’t let another partition happen. And you have no basis for claiming Kashmir.

Wasn't that invasion more than a 1,000 years ago? That is like the Native Americans still complaining about the European invasion, or the Aztec descendants complaining about Cortes. At some point one must move on from ancient history.

Going back to the Kashmir issue I don't think there is a military solution. India despite being vastly larger does not have to use the cockney slang 'juice' to get the portion it claims is illegally occupied - 70 years of stalemate is indication of this this.

For Pakistan the best way forward is keep the issue alive. Not many know this but Republic of ireland officially never recognized the British annexation of Ulster or Northern Ireland - Dublin still claims all of the island of Ireland. Pakistan needs to adopt similiar policy.

This does not cost much and with nuclear deterance in place India is pretty well tied down beyond the Durand Line.
History lesson
Where is India?

*I am with family on Eid festival so struggling to scoot and shoot here but later in the evening when I get time I will begin to clean this place up.

And what do pakistan gets by keep crying like a spolit brat.. Zilch.... Infact POK Will merge with kashmir sooner or later. HM have already made statement to this effect with gilgit Baltistan.

TBH, Only People in POK will suffer with Pakistan's continuous crying . Anyways, Kashmir is more or less returning towards normal situation slowly with militancy on the down hill. With development, people will themselves stop caring about what pakistan have to say.. not that they listen now ....

Indian side have been trying to bring Pakistan on table so many times that we have lost count but each time , they back stabbed .. list is endless !!!!!!!!!

According to your silly logic Burma/Myanmar are also India. Can you not get it into your head Indian Republic is successor state to British India. If your gonna use the name 'India' to premise your logic you might as well claim West Indies, Indiana state in USA as well.

Or would you accept Pakistan claiming all of Asia if it changed it's name to 'Islamic Republic of Asia'? Then I post this as proof.

Didn't India capture Baramulla, Uri, Kargil, Jhanger, Rajauri, Turtuk, Teetwal, Gurez - all once part of PoK but now part of India?

Using same logic Pakistan was born in 16th Dec 1971 not in 1947

And those that choose to live in the past not only ruin their present but also lose out on their future.
Our present is fine, can’t say same about Pakistan!

Yes, but how many want to recreate the past glories of empires gone by, not just in India, but all across the globe. Those are surely misguided.

"Let's not use Pandits here?" For the record, there were no troops patrolling the streets of J&K till 1989. That's what caused the Pandit exodus in the first place.

Also it is a might Himalayan coincidence that the terrorism in Kashmir in 1989 began with the end of the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan and the Pak military tried to wrest Kashmir by sending terrorists into J&K.

And look it up. India signed a Standstill Agreement with Hyderabad and honoured it. It was the Nizam and his razakars who broke it.

As far as PoK is concerned, as Indians we are unaware if non Kashmiris have been settled there by Pak during its continued illegal occupation like the Chinese have settled Han people in Tibet.

There were troops there, plenty of references for it.
The Valley always had strife and had to be ruled by the federal government.
India locked up Sheikh Abdullah, exiled him and so on.
Nope India did not honour the standstill agreement, and nor did Hyderabad, but the point here is that the Indian military invaded after Patel's order.
No such a thing as "resettlement" and this lie has been debunked numerous times. If there was a huge demographic how comes the Indian occupied regions of Rajouri and Poonch have the same people as Azad Kashmir i.e. Pahari speaking?
I can trace my forefathers graves centuries. There's been no mass movement of people.
Anyway I'm not sure why you argue this point as you call for the removal of article 370, which could lead to non-Kashmiri (Dogra as also native) folk settling the Valley.
