Original design with high tail was cool. I heard weight was dropped, do they plan on making a heavier helicopter later down the track with a similar design to the original concept?
With which engines?
A very good question, Sir!!With which engines?
Maybe they'll get the American GE T700 series 3000hp engines?A very good question, Sir!!![]()
More like Ukrainian but if we can get engines for gökbey then there is a chanceMaybe they'll get the American GE T700 series 3000hp engines?
There is not a single "atomic-size" chance, sir! HahahaMaybe they'll get the American GE T700 series 3000hp engines?
RR maybe?There is not a single "atomic-size" chance, sir! Hahaha
Is that the engine with the Black smoke seen on ATAK 2 first lift off?According to latest news coming out from the region;
Due to excessive bombing by the Russians there is no engine coming out of the Motor Sich factory that are related to turbofans.
However the helicopter engine production, specifically the TV3-117VMA-SBM1V engine, seems to be still alive. However, how long this can be the case, is anybody’s guess.
Yes. I believe the version on Atak 2 doesn’t even have FADEC, even though it should.Is that the engine with the Black smoke seen on ATAK 2 first lift off?
So,either they are joking because they have other options or they are dumb stupid idiots.Yes. I believe it doesn’t even have FADEC
Everything is possible, always. It's not a bigger claim than using Ukrainian engines for serial production birds. Relations have been thawing since the last year. If the idea is to get closer to Europe, getting closer to France is also necessary. Though locally produced T700 would still be the best option.But the complete production line has been given to Safran now. So Safran is not going to sell them to us.
I'm sure they still have the blueprints,we could call it ''indigenous''.The only 3000HP class engine produced by RR was Turbomecha RTM322, which actually develops 2600-3000HP .
But the complete production line has been given to Safran now. So Safran is not going to sell them to us.
Yeah, no. Getting closer to France is impossible, especially since Armenian, Greek, Cypriot and Jewish lobbies are too powerful there and their populace would never accept France working closely with a "Muslim" country, especially us. They have been against us even after all the European rearmament stuff, they blocked ammo being bought from us for Ukraine and you think they'll work with us? Then I've got a bridge to sell you my friend.Everything is possible, always. It's not a bigger claim than using Ukrainian engines for serial production birds. Göksu is a horrible name for a helicopter.
