Who knows,i think its just a signal sent on a certain frequency to disable the control of the aircraft. Dont think you need upgrades for that(maybe?).

If you make it in the EU,the EU countries wont object to buying it but if you do it in Türkiye,many(Western European countries) will not want any just because of that.

If you use rationality or logic this ''1300 drones'' amount can only be true if Italy produces them for all EU countries. Btw,if so it can never be the TB-2,maybe they will develope a new better/bigger one. For European standards the TB-2 isnt enough.
