Why would they need new radar seeker for new a2a missile? Gökhan and gökdoğan doesn't matter, same seeker will work. Maybe they are developing AESA ?

They are not just cluster bombs. Cumulative shaped warhead effects on runway like RPG hits tank armor. That's why parachutes are used. I think, our cluster bombs are antipersonnel.
