The book by a Pakistani author Zehra Nasim does mention the zoo and how the Pakistanis caught India napping - "From Kargil to the Coup".
They expected to capture a few peaks but were surprised at how many they could capture simply because India had vacated them.

Clicked at an opportune time. The locality is a nightmare with its traffic jams. It is low lying - hence "Lower Parel" - so in every monsoon it gets flooded. A plethora of high rises has made it worse.
The problem with Tata and Mahindra is their After Sales Service
This includes billing desks filling out feedback forms, replacing parts from other cars which come for servicing, overbilling for services not asked etc.

Time spent on Pak-China circle jerk forum means that personal insults are muscle memory and reflex actions. I too have fallen prey to this but we need to break that habit. A discussion between us can be spirited but cordial.
India is now basically educated via WhatsApp. And most of it absolute rubbish. As unemployment rises, it's worse. I don't know what they did before in their villages but now they are all glued to their cell phones consuming cheap data.
