What kind of effect do you think this will have in WVR parity between IAF and PAF? Big upgrade over older Chinese missiles and ahead of the AIM-9Ms on the F-16s in service.

On the positive side, Denel did say it is pursuing a number of opportunities around the world, including:

A-Darter missile integration on a South Asian air force’s JF-17 fighter fleet

It has long been gamed into our threat analysis as far back as the 90s itself with the darter (BVR) offered by RSA to what was then known as the "super - 7" project....and integrated now I believe.

So the WVR darter would have been analysed around that period since RSA made itself known as provider to Pakistan here. I believe HARM missiles from Brazil fell under this category too around that time period.

As to the exact specifics (for both BVR and WVR), I would imagine it is somewhat dependent on India's own relationship with RSA for analysis of the missile in real terms, since its not widely employed by AF's we train with.

I guess it would be somewhat obscured but not quite so opaque like what exists with Chinese systems when those are not direct copies (or are significant advancements like PL-15 will be for example). These after all are provided to much fewer AF's and generally countries that are part of the PRC-bloc if you will....so option for India to do adversary training etc is limited....so we are more relegated to 2nd tier non-direct analysis on it etc.

Indian own MIC is making strides thankfully and thus along with western/israel systems we will have an array of cards held close to our chest (opaque to likely opponents) too.

This kind of thing also applies to the control systems (radars, sensors and such) regarding the missiles...but thats far larger topic to get into.

I think a more salient point is that if the PAF has an open bid for the WVRAAM, then it has the ability to integrate it to the HMD/S. It's another sign that the HMD/S it's getting for the JF-17 is a genuine joint-venture (IP sharing) with the Chinese (in a recent Alan Warnes report the PAF said the HMD/S is a joint project 'between Pakistani and Chinese companies').

That doesnt tell me much to be honest. The South Africans have much more experience than Turkey in missile tech.

Thrust vectore technology is used, look to the video you will understand. South Africans didn't invested much in technology.

Now we are comparing it, Bozdogan will be build with the latest technology like IIR technology. If we look to Darter they use according to wiki dual color infra red homing.

What is the diffrences between the homing devices?

Basically as cooling tech advanced many years ago...more wavelength range became possible to pick up by the sensor (past the OG one i.e the actual jet exhaust of bogey). This function like a different colour (colours in optical range are just different wavelength ranges)....imagine camera with a blue-range and red-range only for example (compare to earlier camera that had only red range).

Thus modern seekers have both IR range....one (OG classic) for jet exhaust, but also another newer range (not as hot) for things like skin reflection etc.....and sensor detection+engage performance is vastly improved by this compared to gen 1 "mono" colour. They have a certain architecture to check and use both ranges.

The Turkish Goktuk class will be same here, its modern after all.

Advancements these days are mostly iterative based on further cooling tech, and sensor processing algorithms and other finer RnD things to split within the overall modern 2-colour "class" these days.
