100% interception is impossible. However, network centric and layered AD concepts have much more chance. I think MKE's 20mm gatling and/or portable Nazar systems will be the standart elements for Siper components. Everything should be done to protect these vital and expensive systems.

Soviet Russia IS the one who invented surface-to-air defences. They are the ones who perfected it and subsequently used it to tear the US a new one in Vietnam.
Yes, they are currently lagging behind in that field, but that's not because they lack the expertise to make good SAM systems. They're lacking in other stuff.

Would be nice if you shared the relevant study.
That is incorrect, first proper Soviet surface-to-air defense system was the S-75 Dvina which was first unveiled in 1957, beaten by approximately 3 years by the Nike Ajax which was first deployed in 1954. Admittedly the Ajax was ultimately a piece of crap compared to the Dvina but it was still the first.

S-75 Divina was more practical to deploy and use compared to Ajax, which was pretty much a fatty compared to even S-75 which is heavy by today's standards.

Missile Range : 90 KM
Track & FCS Radar (Possible X Band) : 150 KM
Long Range Search Radar (S Band) : 400 KM

Edit : İt's seen it clearly reach to same level with Samp-t Block 0 . Aster-30 range is already 120 km range but Sampt battery radar arabel range is 100 km so it's generally launch max 100 km from land.

I guess orange circle is for effective range but red is for no escape zone. 150km for an AESA GaN X band radar is too short to believe. I think we can easily say that it has 120-150km effective range. They were using same circle arrangement on Hisar A/O.

Could be against 1m² or 4m² if I had to guesstimate, as @Anmdt (not sure) pointed out before EİRS should have something around 400km for 1m²

Stumbled up on this, its in German but Ukrainian officials said that NASAMS had 100% success rate on all targets within range. 100 targets, 100 hits. Propaganda or not, it looks like IRIS-T and NASAMS are performing very well compared to the last generation of Air defence.

I think those Iranian drones might have skewed those results a bit. They are ridiculously easy to intercept, there were even videos/reports of them being down with small arms fire. And Russia used a lot of them.

Of course it is still impressive, but maybe just not that impressive.

150km is good enough for X band FCR.

For example, Çafrad's ÇFR which is GaN based AESA has 150km range with capability to track 1000 targets.

Thales's GaN based APAR block ii (which is used as part of dual band suit) is also has similar specifications.

Haha, if you think they used $2/3 millions interceptors to shoot down suicide drones then you are mistaken my friend.

They have got Triple A guns for this from Germany and others.

150km is bad, so bad for such a radar.

150km against what, in which mode etc etc

Probably against targets with 1m2 RCS.

On a side note- Maybe @Anmdt could tell us why naval X band radars like ÇFR or APAR block ii has limited range (150km) compared S Band radars like UMR or SM400. (450+km)

Siper FCR radar is I guess the equivalent of something like MPQ 53 of Patriot, are there any projects going on to build things like TPY-2 Or FPS-129 eventually?

Guys Russian PESA 92N6E (Export variant, Russian variant claims 400km against 1m²) has a range of 250km against 1m² targets. ÇFAKR has GaN front end modules and it's architecture is AESA. 150km is not correct.
