The Info is from 2017 but I could not find anything about the CTS800-5 Engine and its Certification.
> Could be a potential replacement and also and Upgrade under the T129 ATAK FAZ-3. Additional 200HP could be really helpful at that stage.

Gokbkey Helicopter is continuing with it’s certification flight tests with 4 prototypes. Upon completion of the certification process , serial production will commence. To his effect, Mr Kotil had mentioned 2022 as the year, for the deliveries to start.Gökbey helikopteri 4 prototipiyle sertifikasyon uçuşlarını sürdürüyor

There will be 5 different versions of Gokbey; firefighting, ambulance, VIP, Cargo and Off-Shore.
Am I wrong in thinking that the Off-Shore version is a naval version that can be used in TCG Anadolu?

What do you mean militarized, is it wielding a pistol or an assault rifle, wearing armor and all?Wouldn't think so, unless they can get militarised engines into Gokbey.
I think they refer to transport to offshore locations, platforms etc, not a deployment on ships.Wouldn't think so, unless they can get militarised engines into Gokbey.

Civiliian market is more then enough for Gokbey, no need to divert activities from perfecting already made prototype, i suppose only in Turkey 100 units of the gokbey can be selled right now, for military especially marine part, like you said you need heavier and sturdier option. The market leader at the moment is Airbus with their H175 with a 7.5 ton MTOW. Gokbey just meets 6 ton MTOW, to compete Gokbey has to be way cheaper.
3 in the Gökbey GMH project. the prototype is ready. 4. the prototype is on the production line. Mass production will begin in 2022. Autopilot tests were started in the project. The General Directorate of security, the Ministries of Health and Forestry are the suitors of Gökbey. Different configurations for naval, land and Air Forces are on the agenda.Gokbey 1st, 2nd and 3rd prototypes being flown and tested. 4th Prototype is in final stage of assembly.
Autopilots make helicopters many times safer and TAI is developing its own autopilot for the Gökbey. This is a winner.Gokbey 1st, 2nd and 3rd prototypes being flown and tested. 4th Prototype is in final stage of assembly.
