You forgot so called Sochi agreement. I know different circumtences but there is no doubt that russians will playout Azeris if they can, they do that from the beginimg of their own mess they created in Kavkaz region.
Maybe, a meteor will fall on earth, everything is possible. I'm just talking on the deal and what i saw on the agreements. If we go into conspiracy theories we can also say that Russia will NUKE all the world and end the human life.

The know how to deal with the Russian, they only respect pure strength and power. They only looking at US and now China
These developments in the recent years. Libya, Syria, Caucasus. US is shifting it's attention to Pasific. Europe is all talk no action. It's Russia who are calling the shots in the greater region. Turkey it's trying to counter Russia within it's sphere of influence and withing the power of it's scope.

No conspiracy, just emphasizing russian modus operandi. Our local proverb say one who is burnt by fire he blows in yogurt :)

Seeing how the events unfold with attack on Baku, Coup in Yerevan, success on battlefield there is absolutely no reason for Aliyev to sign this agreement, sry but if he still agrees to this then its time to say good bye to NK once for all.

Yep agreement now will make battlefield gains mean little.
Push them out of NK then talk.

I deicided to be a optimistic but a fun comparisan would be just imagine Russia signing a peace treaty with Germany when Zhukov was on the gates of Berlin after passing seelow heights :devilish:
Imagine Atatürk allowed British peace keeping forces to protect Izmir (from Turks) just when the liberation was around the corner.
That how bad this deal is...

Turkey will inspect the ceasefire in the areas to be determined by Azerbaijan. Turkey will carry out observation and control activities through the Joint Center in the regions liberated from the Armenian occupation.

Turkey should put a god damn base in Karabakh, what is a Observation point gonna do in worst case?
We see how effective those posts are in Syria...

The answer is nothing! The Turkish forces there will be observing in the name of Azerbaijan and are no part of any agreement taking the other parties which means that it will not have any authority on the ground but will be just put there for the show and to write reports serving the Turkish and Azerbaijani narrative.

They will not be recognized as any peacekeeping authority by no international organization and days after the possible deployment we will hear the outrage of everybody involved except Azerbaijan. The locals in the area will not recognize our forces as peacekeepers and they will start protesting with demand of Turkish forces to leave and sh!t will hit the fan. I predict another rezil story.

The possible deployment is actually a mutual matter between Azerbaijan and Turkey and no other party have the right to meddle into Azerbaijani internal affairs but as we know the other two parties involved, the UN, Minsk Group and some other countries are so respectful of Azerbaijan's sovereignty that for 30 years everybody was trying to steal land from Azerbaijan and even UN resolutions were just neglected in order to keep the status quo. That deal is born dead. The countdown have started for PKK style insurgency and Russian style peacekeeping for the next 10 years at least. Aliyev will have another chance to be a hero.

It certainly will.

There is a strong military cooperation mechanism between Azerbaijan and Turkey, and it has quite flexible framework. Turkish military units (personnel and equipment) have been stationed there for more than a year in order to strengthen the national security of the Azerbaijani state through the joint coordinating center. The main purpose of this military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey had the aim to improve the security of the economic and energy corridor(Baku-Tiflis-Kars). Azerbaijan is gradually gaining a more important role in the world economy by providing access to the open seas through these corridors. Consequently, Armenia made the biggest strategic mistake possible by attacking Tovuz and eventually had to withdraw from the territories it had occupied for 30 years.

Thereafter, the military cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan likely to increase as well in both axes (north and south) in the form of Karabakh' security and stability.

Azerbaijan is the gate of the Caucasus, Caspian and beyond. Therefore, Azerbaijan's stability and security has vital importance. Turkey can not deliver or fully accept fate of the whole Caucasus/Caspian geography to Russia.

-ok my main concern is that, the agreement is not directly address the status of the parts (not talking about the legal status) of Nagorno Karabakh proper that Armenian forces continued to hold (blue zone on the map), including the so caled regional capital, Xankəndi.
-Some sorces claim Russian peacekeepers will total just under 2000
-and there are rumors that Russians were arriving for days.

The deal looks good on paper but that the problem with anything Russians involved in, the paper is not worth anything, if Russians are in then they are there to stay.
Ask yourselves why Turkey was left out in the first place.

There is a Turkish proverb: ''those who stand up with anger will sit down with loss''.
This woman is sitting down with loss because they have been raised to hate Turks, they hate Turks so much that they saw themselves as something better, they thought that we wont get Karabakh back because they are better.

I might not be happy that Azerbaijan signed the deal but it could be worse, like being in the shoes of Armenia, which has to digest a historical loss these days, i have hardly seen reality to hit any nation that hard.
Armenians dont need to be angry at Turks though they only have themselves and their politicians to blame, you guys wasted a century on a single narrative, your whole existence revolved around that. You failed to move on and develop your nation, you failed to live in peaceful co-existance with your neighbors.
Instead you allowed bigger powers to use you as a tool against your neighbors with whom you were living together for centuries before (hear that Kurds).

Now do everybody a favor and work on damage control, try to get along with us and you will find out that we are not as bad as everybody is telling you, you lived among us for centuries without a problem there is no reason for that not to be possible again but the ball is in your court.
Either that or you will face more consequences in the future, no matter how many years it might take, as this war has proven.
