I'd like to see something official. Many Czech firms, first of which CSG did undertake many contracts as subcontractors, even as main contractors for Roketsan. It's possible that this was a reexport or something like that.

I assume you mean why and not when and its because we still have some stock and sungur is starting to replace older systems
