I am trying to process it. @Bozan @TR_123456 @Kartal1 @Rodeo et al.
What do you want me to say?
Looks like a message to many sides.
A message to the Uyghurs all over the world
A message to the Americans
A message to Taiwan
A message to the Asean countries
An economic message to the Turks
A message to the EU
etc.....

Take your pick.

Looks exactly like what I had feared. It is a sham, highly orchestrated and well-executed.

The translator woman next to him is ethnically Chinese, the girl in the blue dress looks Uyghur, but is either a collaborator, or compromised. Her moves are robotic AF.

Next to no contact with locals. If he even had turned a random civilian and asked "How are you, ne var you?" that would be a breakthrough.

No different than riding "Its a small world" on Disneyland. (who are complicit in this, BTW.)

Everyone know that.

Actually lots of Uyghur Love PRC.Many of them proud to told me they are members of Communist Party and PRC was far better than TC or even Almanya.

And TC need PRC,PRC also need TC now.

So everyone seems be happy.

Except for the Uighurs who disobey the Communist Party

He's going to whitewash the Uyghur Genocide, I can feel it in my bones.
If Westerners were not unreasonably hostile to us, we would not need to please the Chinese.

The situation now is similar to that of the 19th century. When our homeland is threatened,We cannot support East Turkestan.

And what's the threshold of that "disobedience"?

Odd that you're spouting the same arguments that I often stumble upon with wumaos who hang in international Discord servers.

Are you really Turkish?

I don’t know. The threshold changed day by day, maybe obeying communist party and speaking Han Chinese?

You just need to talk with the Uygur , don’t need to argue with me.
You can talk with them in Türkiye.

maybe they are afraid to talk the truth or maybe The Han Chinese buy them.

Remember that.I hate PRC and communist party than everyone

You have to understand that there are many locals who like the colonizers.especially the one who cooperated with the colonizers.

For example if you ask a Muslim or Indian officer of British Empire in 19 centuries. They perhaps answered you they were proud of Sevice the queen.

But there is no doubt that many Uighurs have become pop stars in China, and they are not exiled like East Germans or North Koreans when they visit foreign countries.

For example I talked with a Uygur family in Istanbul.

The husband said his father was a policeman in China and they living not bad but haven’t the freedom to speaks and read.

I asked Why he left China he said the situation became worse since XI came.Passports are only issued to those who pledge allegiance to China

I didn't see any US response mentioned in the video.

Qatar and Al-Jazeera. Its the Mos Eisely for geopolitics/media.....well gas and gasbag rich too lol.

90%+ expat population, establishment/emir is both pro-Iran and pro-US (hosts US bases even) and thus anti-Iran and anti-US/West in various ways....all kind of wax and wane with fellow gulfies and region beyond.

US definitely has its in-s just like rest do through al-jazeera as result.

I have seen Al-Jazeera talk out both sides of its mouth w.r.t PRC and Uighurs...it all just depends who pushed the button and agenda for that moment.

💰

Or maybe foreign ministry thinks the Turkic states would align with China against TR in any situation TR is against China

Also the trade middle corridor and development roads, China has a lot of power here to dictate the flow of goods

But how much % cut do the central asian states (like say kazakhs) get from the road trade China has with BRI there (to Russian and Europe markets). The road trade is already some smaller % of shipbourne (due to costs) to begin with too. So do we have an actual breakdown of what the earning is for say Kazakhstan from the tradeflow volume transiting? The margins on offer cant be too high.

Then there is impact of Russia/UKR war and China's perceived role there by Europe....that makes things more amenable for Rotterdam and the Rhine port infra (regd Chinese goods Europeans want to still have low enough tariff on going forward) rather than roads via Xinjiang-KAZ-RUS etc.

Aliyev called for turning the Turkic world into a major center of global power.

“Turkey has always been close to Azerbaijan,” Aliyev said, addressing the Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Numan Kurtulmus.
at a meeting with the chairmen of the parliaments of the TURKPA member countries.
“Every day, both the President of Türkiye and other officials made statements that allowed us to complete our just struggle with Victory. You also know very well that for 44 days, enormous pressure was exerted on Azerbaijan from various centers of power.
Some countries even threatened us, and Turkey’s unequivocal support in such a difficult situation gave us additional strength and confidence. We are grateful for this support. The entire Azerbaijani people know and appreciate this.
I am very glad that this is already a common approach, a common opinion - the strengthening and unification of the Turkic world will turn the Turkic world, the Organization of Turkic States into a major center of power on a global scale, because, as you noted, the existing centers of power are in crisis. Everyone has their own crisis framework. Our potential, on the contrary, blossoms every day. This is a big geography. If we look at the map, we will see that the Turkic world is huge,” Aliyev said.
