Arab countries have turned their backs on Putin
«The Russian-Arab summit scheduled for October 15 in Moscow will not take place. Vladimir Putin's meeting with the leaders of the League of Arab States (LAS) was canceled after key participants canceled their visit to Russia.
In mid-October, the Kremlin was preparing to become the stage for a grand spectacle entitled "Russia and the Arab World: A New Axis." But when the curtain rose, it became clear that there was practically no one to take the stage.
The main actors—the emirs and kings for whose benefit this spectacle was staged—politely referred to events dictated by Washington. As a result, the grand summit, intended to demonstrate the breadth of Russian influence to Donald Trump, turned into a rehearsal with a single lead actor.
They preferred not to risk their seats in Trump's box to participate as extras in Putin's performance. Arab leaders are well aware of where the "pie table" is. And in October 2025, they made their choice: better to be Trump's junior partners than co-authors of Putin's geopolitical phantasmagorias with unclear benefits but obvious risks.»

Just out of curiosity: Do you mean the DW is the devil or the traitor they are interviewing? That guy is advocating Turkey's dismissal from Nato, and working hard for US and Israel interests. Such people should not be allowed to enter Turkey.
