Which country?
Typically Turkmenistan. They have constructed entire fleet of the Turkmen Navy.
Dearsan has constructed a shipyard from scratch in there and upgraded it to a decent level. Since we know a company will not construct a shipyard for one hull of C92, and they have shown a frigate design in IDEF, it makes sense.

Could any other certification society might be doing it as requested by Bangladesh in case of the design being fed from AMT? For now there are no clues about AMT is working with Bangladesh.

Bureau Veritas. Even KSY's website is showing AMT's design, only the YT video clip is indicating a different design by Robert Allan.

Interesting statements from FNSS CEO Nail Kurt.

Domestic achievements of the STA Project:
Kaplan and Pars 4x4 equipped with domestic solutions

• Gun turrets
• Fire control systems
• Ceramic armors
• Drivetrain
• Suspension system

• Complex gearboxes
have been designed locally.

Which makes curious. Does FNSS have the capabilities to design and produce Drivetrains.
I assumed BASE STUDIO AS was the only one in the Country or are they cooperating ?

I think it might be TÜMOSAN:

"4x4 tactical wheeled conventional and hybrid vehicle options that emerged as a result of R&D studies, diesel engines up to 530 hp, transmissions with torque converter and automatic synchromesh, ALP power groups, marine engines, aircraft arrester system rewind motor, transfer case, independent suspension system and A number of products such as the range extender system were exhibited at IDEF 2021."

Now it complicates further, which class society Navy prefers if the design originating from abroad ? Is it sufficient if it is member of IACS or should be one among the list given by them? Is BV common or rare?

I think if it was truly from Turkey they wouldn't really seek for a re-classification and would go with Turkish Lloyd.

Judging by KSY's website looks like CCS for Chinese design and BV for others.
